Feels illegal to drop this for free but…

This is the EXACT 5-day creative system I use with 7-figure clients to scale ad spend on autopilot.

A full-stack breakdown 🧵
Day 1: Deep Research

Every winning ad starts here.

→ Reddit
→ TikTok comments
→ Amazon reviews
→ Meta Ad Library

You’re not “writing ads.”

You’re mining for customer psychology.
Day 2: Hook Mining

Write 20.
Keep 1.

Focus on:

✅ Visceral desires
✅ Pain symptoms
✅ Visual punch
✅ Pattern breaks
✅ New mechanism

You’re not selling the product.

You’re saying what they’re already thinking.
Day 3: Script & Structure

Forget the fluff. Forget intros. Just hit.

Every ad should:

→ Call out 1 person
→ Show the transformation
→ Smash objections
→ Push ONE CTA

Keep it dirty, direct and native.
Day 4: Production (Not Hollywood)

I’ll say this once,

iPhone > DSLR
AirPods > Lav mic
Home > Studio

If it feels like an ad, it scrolls like one.

People want real (not polished.)
Day 5: Launch & Learn

We launch every Monday.

3–4 ad sets.

Each gets 7 days to earn scale.

We don’t ask, “Did it perform?”

We ask:

Did it earn SPEND and drop CPA so we can SPEND MORE?

That’s the signal.

My creative team won’t be happy if I share this,

But I don’t give a damn.

Here’s my COMPLETE blueprint of how I’m scaling MULTIPLE ecom brands to $30K/day with Facebook ads.

Steal it before I delete it 🧵
1. Start with this rule:

→ If CPC is high → fix the creative
→ If CVR is low → fix the landing page
→ If AOV is low → fix the upsells

Most ad accounts are bleeding cash in 1 of these 3 places.

Fix the bottleneck = unlock scale.
2. Quick creative wins

Before rebuilding anything, we:

→ Duplicate top spender ads
→ Tweak the hook, intro, and CTA
→ Launch 3-4 variations ASAP

Fastest way to fight fatigue, drop CPC, and win back spend.

It feels soooo illegal to share this publicly…

But here’s how we turn $49 buyers into $120 customers without spending a single dollar more on ads.

A high-voltage thread 🧵
1. Pre-purchase upsells = free money

If someone’s already adding to cart, odds are they’re down to grab more IF it makes sense.

Ask:

“What else do they need the moment they buy?”

→ Phone = case, charger, AirPods
→ Skincare = serum, cleanser, bundle
→ Gym gear = shirt, shorts, towel

Stop selling products.

Sell systems.
2. Identify the problems your product creates

Bought a phone? Now they need a case.
Bought a new camera? Now they need a bag.
Bought whitening strips? Now they need enamel repair.

Your product solves one problem.

But it also creates 3 new ones.

Sell those too.

Photo ads are the most slept-on creative in Meta Ads right now.

But when you do them right, they beat video every time.

Here’s the step-by-step framework we use to scale them to $10K/day

(Spoiler: You won’t regret reading this) 🧵
1. Start with a killer hook

Before you touch the image,

Ask: “What’s the benefit I’m promising?”

Example:

Hook: “Here’s how to get Facebook Ads That Convert.”

That benefit (ads that convert) becomes your creative’s guiding light.
2. Visualize the benefit

Now ask:

“What does success look like to the customer?”

Could be:
– ROAS dashboard screenshot
– Cash piling up
– Store revenue chart climbing

This is where most brands miss: they show what they care about, not what customers want to feel.

My team will be SUPER mad if I share this…

But I don’t care.

Here’s the EXACT setup we’ve used to scale Facebook ad campaigns to $1M+ in spend (works in any niche)

A mega-value thread 🧵
1. One campaign. One structure. Repeat.

We’ve used this same setup to scale:

→ $2.4M in a single CBO
→ $5M for a DTC brand
→ $6.6M over 3 years for one client

Different industries. Same system.

Here’s how it works 👇
2. CBO or die

Campaign Budget Optimization = faster scale + less manual work.

→ Set a daily budget you can emotionally afford to lose for 30 days
→ I usually start at $100/day
→ FB will auto-filter winners while you test

No more 1-day test panic.

I wish I could pay you $1,000 to read this.

Because this thread shows you how to use ChatGPT to write photo ads, video scripts, and headlines that actually convert in 2025.

(Hint: Most people are prompting AI completely wrong.)

If you're running Facebook ads, this will save you 100+ hours 🧵
Step 1: The product file

Before you write a single word of copy, you need a product doc.

It should include:

● Benefits

● Features

● Description

● How it works

● Visual description

● Real customer reviews

You feed this to ChatGPT once, and use it for every ad angle moving forward.
Step 2: Market research (the REAL kind)

Most people skip this.

That’s why their ads flop.

Go to Reddit. Search things like:

● “posture pain from remote work”

● “how to fix tech neck”

● “lower back pain at desk job”

Reddit = raw emotion + vulnerability + real problems.

Way better than TikTok.

Your facebook ads fail because the angle is boring.

If you don’t grab attention in the first 2 seconds, you lose.

After doing over $100M+ on Facebook Ads, I’ve found 13 angles that consistently print money.

A high-voltage thread 🧵
1. Size of the claim

Make a bold promise.

• “How we made $300,000 with Facebook Ads in 90 days.”
• “How this brand scaled from $0 to $1M/month.”

The bigger the number, the more curiosity you generate.

Works insanely well in money or results-driven niches.
2. Speed of the claim

People love fast wins.

• “How to scale your FB Ads overnight.”
• “Double your conversion rate in 7 days.”

⚠️ Facebook hates specific timelines (e.g. “lose 30lbs in 7 days”),

But you can say “as little as 7 days” to stay compliant.
