Dr. Kirk Moore @Moore22K was accused of tossing Covid-19 vaccines, giving children saline shots instead, and issuing nearly 2,000 fake vaccine cards.
He risked his career, his freedom, and everything he had to protect patients from mandates they didn’t want — and he just beat the U.S. government in court.
Here’s the full story 🧵
In January 2023 Federal prosecutors indicted Dr. Kirk Moore.
They claimed he destroyed $28K worth of COVID vaccines and gave saline shots instead, issuing nearly 2,000 CDC cards to patients, including children, at their parents’ request.
He was charged with a felony. Here's why he did it:
The Feds called it fraud, conspiracy, and obstruction.
If convicted, Moore faced decades in prison.
His real “crime”?
Giving patients a choice when the federal government refused to.
He was accused of “interfering with the lawful governmental functions of the CDC.”
Moore’s stance: The CDC has no legislative authority.
His arguments: 1. How can you prove that the product still belonged to the CDC given it had changed hands multiple times before it reached Dr. Moore's office?
2. There was no true vaccine.
3. The CDC changed its definition of “vaccine” in 2021.
July 2025 — Trial begins.
Outside the courthouse, supporters, including Utah lawmakers like House Speaker Mike Schultz, called Moore a “hero, not a criminal.”
They framed his actions as defending personal medical choice against government overreach.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene demanded the DOJ drop charges, calling Moore a hero for resisting “tyrannical vaccine mandates.”
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. also voiced public support.
The courtroom fight was fierce.
Then, halfway through the trial, something no one expected happened:
Attorney General Pam Bondi ordered the charges dismissed.
Bondi’s words:
“Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so,” Bondi wrote. “He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing. It ends today.”
This wasn’t a plea deal.
No compromise.
No conviction.
The entire case collapsed.
The same DOJ that tried to make an example out of him… just walked away.
For medical freedom advocates, this is more than one man’s legal win.
It’s proof:
✅ The government can be challenged.
✅ Mandates can be resisted.
✅ The system isn’t untouchable.
Dr. Moore’s career, reputation, and freedom were all on the line.
He risked it all — and walked away a free man.
That’s why many call him a hero. 🏛⚖️
Whatever your view on vaccines, the message is clear:
One person can stand up to the most powerful government in the world… and win.

Today in a NY federal court, 16-year-old Sarah Doe WON her case, backed by Children's Health Defense.
Her medical exemption to vaccination was upheld — and she’s going back to school this September.
Here’s what happened & why it matters 🧵👇
The Backstory
Sarah Doe's school denied seven valid medical exemptions and barred her from attending, even though she only needed one remaining Hepatitis B dose—which she couldn't safely receive due to prior adverse reactions.
Her family, backed by CHD, filed for an emergency restraining order, with arguments set for August 12, 2025.
Sarah once held a religious exemption until New York scrapped all non‑medical exemptions in 2019, forcing her family to choose between faith and education.
The family reluctantly vaccinated their daughter on an expedited schedule which led to multiple injuries and medical conditions for their daughter.
Are HHS and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. creating an autism registry to track individuals with autism?
We’ve seen this idea floating around on @X, and people are concerned.
Here are the facts.
🧵
2/9 👇
The HHS, through the NIH, is launching a study to find autism causes by combining data from various sources, like medical records, pharmacies, even smartwatches. The goal? To research trends, not track people.
Some are calling this an “autism registry,” but that’s misleading. The NIH is creating a database to track autism prevalence — not individuals. It’s for researchers to analyze patterns, not to list names or personal info. Big difference!
🚨 Doctor Covered in Measles While Treating Hundreds of Kids with Measles
The media says the ONLY way to prevent measles is the MMR vaccine… but @Dr_BenEdwardsMD got the shot — and still caught measles while caring for sick children in Seminole, TX. And he’s not alone – the same is true for MANY of the residents of Seminole, Texas interviewed by CHD.
So… if the MMR vaccine worked like Big Pharma claims, why are vaccinated people still getting sick?
The mainstream media distorting facts, omitting information and misleading the narrative on critical health topics is nothing new.
It’s time for nuanced, fact-based reporting on public health.

Fact-Checking ‘Fortune’: Did Polio Vaccine Save 20 Million Children From Paralysis?
Fortune says polio vaccines saved 20M from paralysis—but the math doesn’t add up. Using WHO data, the actual number of cases prevented is closer to 80K. So, where did the extra 19.92M come from? 🤔
Fact-checking ‘The Guardian’: Will Most Pregnant Women and Unborn Babies Who Get Bird Flu Die?
The Guardian claims most pregnant women and unborn babies with bird flu will die. The study they cited? Only 30 cases examined—none from current strains. Researchers didn’t make the dire claim that The Guardian promoted.
