🧵Over the past 22 months, Israel has killed around one Palestinian athlete per day and destroyed nearly every sports facility in #Gaza. Yet @FIFAcom and @UEFA, have refused to suspend Israel or take action, a response they had no hesitation applying to other countries

🧵Israel has destroyed nearly all animal wealth in the #Gaza Strip, approximately 97 per cent, through bombing and systematic starvation, including working animals that served as the last means of transport amid fuel shortages and limited public mobility A view of the livestock market ahead of Eid al-Adha in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza A view of the livestock market ahead of Eid al-Adha in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza, on June 5, 2025. Through the deliberate imposition of unsustainable living conditions leading to physical destruction, Israeli policies reflect a systematic and ongoing pattern of genocide. This is carried out through the destruction of food sources, livestock, and agricultural production, alongside widespread killings, an illegal blockade on the Gaza Strip, and the deliberate restriction of food supplies for nearly two years.
Before Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip in October 2023, the enclave had around 6,500 poultry farms that supplied about three million chickens to the local market each month. Now, 666 days later, over 93 per cent of these farms have been completely destroyed, and the few remaining have ceased operations entirely.

🧵Since the start of Israel’s genocide in #Gaza, Israeli leaders have repeatedly called for Palestinians to be starved, expelled, and annihilated.

These are not slips of the tongue, they reveal the intent to commit genocide under international law.

Here are some of the most chilling statements made just in July ⤵️Image

🧵In just the past two weeks, #Gaza has lost several precious children to malnutrition, victims of Israel’s deliberate starvation policy. Each of these young lives had a name, a story, and a future

⚠️ As Israel announced a series of measures to ease the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, facts on the ground show it was merely a new attempt to deceive global public opinion by promoting an alleged increase in aid and the opening of new access routes. But the reality is starkly different.

1⃣
Israel allowed only 73 aid trucks into Gaza today, along with three airdrops carrying the equivalent of just two trucks. All were forced to stop in red zones the Israeli army itself had ordered evacuated.

2⃣
None of the aid reached the humanitarian organizations responsible for distribution. Most of the trucks were looted by organized gangs, amid a total lack of security—due to Israel’s repeated targeting of security personnel assigned to protect aid convoys.

🧵 Last night, the Israeli army began airdropping international aid over #Gaza after nearly 5 months of a suffocating blockade.

While they may appear as relief, these airdrops are deeply humiliating and reinforce the very starvation they claim to solve. Here's why 👇 An airplane drops humanitarian aid over Gaza as seen from northern Gaza Strip July 27, 2025. REUTERS/Dawoud Abu Alkas
1/7 Instead of relief, these airdrops injured at least 11 people and added to the suffering of a population already starved and displaced by Israel’s siege.
2/7 This step does not reflect a genuine shift in the humanitarian response. Rather, it aims to mislead international public opinion and downplay the severity of the crime, diverting attention from Israel’s systematic starvation policy in the Gaza Strip, which has caused an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe.

🧵#Syria’s healthcare system is on the brink of collapse, with widespread infrastructure destruction, severe shortages of medicines and supplies, a shrinking health workforce, and the closure of several medical facilities Idlib City, Syria. 19th Sep, 2021. The rapid deterioration stems from years of armed conflict that have exhausted the health sector and deepened its fragility. The absence of effective state institutions to provide basic services and the population’s near-total reliance on humanitarian aid further compounds the crisis
A key turning point was the decision by the administration of US President Donald Trump to halt USAID programmes, cutting off one of Syria’s main sources of medical support
