In an official letter sent to the state of Palestine, Edwards extensively addressed events from 7 October, including those unrelated to the capture of prisoners and hostages, such as the indiscriminate rocket fire from the Gaza Strip into Israel. However, in her letter to Israel, she did not address the massacres committed by Israel against civilians in Gaza, including indiscriminate missiles fired against civilians in Gaza.
According to testimonies documented by Euro-Med Monitor’s team, the most dangerous and horrifying form of using dogs was practiced against Palestinian prisoners and detainees inside Israeli prisons without any restrictions or red lines. This has escalated to the extent of using dogs to rape prisoners and detainees in front of other inmates, as part of systematic sexual violence crimes against them.

With the shutdown of these hospitals, all medical facilities in northern Gaza are now out of service. There are no places left to treat the wounded or sick, Maternal and child health programms are completely halted.
Almost all male detainees and the majority of female detainees were subjected to strip searches. Women were sometimes kept nude in front of male soldiers as they were strip searched by female soldiers. Together with verbal and physical abuse, they were threatened with rape.

2/5 Between Jan 11 & Mar 23, 2024, 256 Palestinians were killed in the Kuwait Roundabout in the southeast of #Gaza City, 230 on Rashid Street in the southwest of Gaza, and 21 due to the targeting of aid center. 41 police officers and 12 aid workers were killed, incl. 2 from UNRWA
2/12 The Israeli army carried out a massive, shockingly horrific military operation in Shifa Hosptial in Gaza over the past two weeks, indiscriminately targeting & attacking Palestinians regardless of their civilian status, professional standing, gender, age, or health condition.
2/8 Israel’s most recent #FlourMassacre occurred near the Kuwait roundabout on the outskirts of #Gaza City, and left more than 80 dead and 200 injured, a number of whom are in critical condition.
