But I’m a generous guy.

So I’m dropping the EXACT system I used to take an ecom brand from $300K/mo → $2M/mo.

1. Fix the account chaos

When we stepped in, the ad account was a mess.

Dozens of campaigns, inconsistent structure, wasted spend.

We consolidated to 1 campaign per country focusing on the big 5 markets.

This alone made the data usable again.
2. Install a creative pipeline

They weren’t testing new creatives. At all.

We set up a consistent flow of fresh ads every week.

By 2021 standards, this was ahead of the curve and it gave us constant new winners to scale.
3. Capitalize on seasonal spikes

November was weeks away.

We ran my Black Friday launch strategy:

→ Build hype all month
→ Drop one huge offer over a single weekend

That weekend alone did $800K in sales

Pushing the brand over $1M/month within 60 days of working together.
4. Separate new vs. returning customers

For apparel, the formula is:

• Use best-sellers with deep inventory to acquire new customers
• Launch new products to drive returning customer revenue

We scaled acquisition on Facebook and let returning customers be the profit center.
5. Localize for scale

We built entire new stores in other languages with translated ads, creatives, and checkout flows.

CRO instantly improved and conversion rates jumped.
6. Upgrade creative talent

Once we had proven hooks & messaging, we invested in high-end content creators ($1K–$2K/video).

Why?

• Premium look → premium perception
• Bigger creators = more trust
• People see their favorite influencer in the ad = instant credibility
7. Repeat the system

We didn’t “get lucky” with a few wins.

We ran this playbook for years.

By September 2023, the brand was doing $2M/month consistently, with even bigger Black Fridays.

Now ask:

“What does success look like to the customer?”

Could be:
– ROAS dashboard screenshot
– Cash piling up
– Store revenue chart climbing

This is where most brands miss: they show what they care about, not what customers want to feel.
