"How do I start life at 43?"
- said by a man who spent 20 years in jail from a #False r@pe case.

This is the story of Vishnu Tiwari from UP.

~Thread~ Image
-At 23, he was jailed in a false rape case.
-He spent 20 years behind bars.
-When he walked free at 43, he had only ₹600 in his pocket.
-The case wasn’t about crime.
-It was about a land dispute.
-But in 2003, he was convicted under rape & SC/ST Act.
-Life sentence.
-For 16 years, his appeal didn’t move.

Reason?
-The petition was marked “defective”.
-A clerical flaw cost him two decades of life.
In Jan 2021, the Allahabad High Court finally acquitted him.

The court said: no medical evidence, no injuries, charges were false & motivated.
By then, Vishnu had lost everything.
His parents died.
His two brothers too.
Family land was sold for legal costs.

He returned to nothing.
Outside, the world was alien.
“I had only heard of mobiles. I had never seen one.”

Imagine stepping out after 20 years into a completely new world.

Even his only surviving brother has become a sadhu.
“How do I start life now at this age?”

His one question reflects the pain of thousands who are failed by our justice system.

💔 Why Marriages Are Failing Today?

Marriage, once seen as a sacred bond of love, trust, and partnership, is now on life support. Divorce rates are rising, separations are becoming common, and more men than ever are choosing to remain single.

But why?👇
~Thread~ Image
1️⃣ Shift from Partnership to Entitlement

Earlier, marriage meant mutual responsibilities. Both partners contributed – emotionally, physically, financially – to make it work. Today, in many cases, it has turned into a one-sided contract where men are expected to “provide” while their own needs are often sidelined.

Society praises women for pursuing careers, independence, and “not settling.” But when men expect emotional support, respect, or fairness in a marriage, they are mocked as “insecure” or “toxic.”
2️⃣ Legal System Biased Against Men

-One of the biggest fears men have today is the legal system itself.

-False cases of dowry harassment (498A), domestic violence (DV Act), and even fake sexual assault allegations have destroyed countless innocent men.

-In custody battles, fathers are almost always denied access to their own children.

-Alimony and maintenance laws often punish men for life – even if the wife is educated and capable of earning.

🚨DANGEROUS REVELATION OF #JyotiMalhotra's MARRIAGE😲

Danish used his wife to trap her in his love #trap, and his wife brainwashed her that - "four marriages are legal in Islam, and if you want to marry my husband, then I have no objection," and Danish's wife herself made Jyoti accept Islam.

And in the Pakistan High Commission itself, a Maulvi got Danish and Jyoti married, and after that, both Danish and Jyoti went to Indonesia for their honeymoon.

But Danish was so cunning that he used to say that your Islamic name will remain only on the marriage papers, and you should tell your old name, Jyoti Malhotra, to the whole world.

Think how stupid girls become; they do not understand anything high or low.

And anyway, it is said that the mother plays the biggest role in the upbringing of girls. When Jyoti was 1 year old, her mother and father got divorced. Jyoti's mother passed away. Jyoti and her two brothers were raised by her father alone.

There was no elder sister at home, there was no mother, and Jyoti had become a victim of personality disorder and mental loneliness.

And the profilers who do the spying work can easily understand by studying anyone's profile whether the person can be easily trapped in their net or not.

The same thing happened in Madhuri Gupta's case.

Imagine, she was an officer of the Indian Foreign Service and was posted in Pakistan. For 40 years, she was not married due to some reason or the other. Her mother and father had also passed away. Her siblings were settled in their lives.

Immediately, the ISI profiler came to know that a woman who is alone at the age of 40, whose parents are not in this world, whose siblings are settled in their lives, can be easily trapped.

And then ISI employed one of its colonel-level officers in this work, and that officer trapped Madhuri in his love trap in just a few weeks of hard work, and Madhuri also accepted Islam.
