Marriage, once seen as a sacred bond of love, trust, and partnership, is now on life support. Divorce rates are rising, separations are becoming common, and more men than ever are choosing to remain single.
But why?👇

1️⃣ Shift from Partnership to Entitlement
Earlier, marriage meant mutual responsibilities. Both partners contributed – emotionally, physically, financially – to make it work. Today, in many cases, it has turned into a one-sided contract where men are expected to “provide” while their own needs are often sidelined.
Society praises women for pursuing careers, independence, and “not settling.” But when men expect emotional support, respect, or fairness in a marriage, they are mocked as “insecure” or “toxic.”
2️⃣ Legal System Biased Against Men
-One of the biggest fears men have today is the legal system itself.
-False cases of dowry harassment (498A), domestic violence (DV Act), and even fake sexual assault allegations have destroyed countless innocent men.
-In custody battles, fathers are almost always denied access to their own children.
-Alimony and maintenance laws often punish men for life – even if the wife is educated and capable of earning.
Some infamous JUDGMENTS by Indian courts in family matters that make you read twice; and seriously question the #biasedness of the law.

"Beg, Borrow or steal to pay wife and child"

Earlier, metropolitan Magistrate granted ₹5 Lakhs compensation to wife.
However, as soon as Bombay Hugh Court finds out that the husband is rich :
-#Compensation amount increases from ₹5 Lakh to ₹1 Crore.
-Monthly #maintenance from ₹1 lakh to ₹1.50 lakhs
The infamous case that started the trend of misuse of #498A.
It all started in 2003 when Nisha Sharma accused her groom, Munish Dalal, of demanding #dowry. The case received significant media attention in India and globally, making her a hero overnight.

Nisha Sharma, a 21-year-old software engineering student, and Munish Dalal, a 25-year-old engineer, were engaged through a common family friend after meeting each other a few times.
According to the bride's version, a dispute erupted during the wedding when the groom's family allegedly demanded an additional dowry of ₹1,200,000 and a car, which the bride's family couldn't fulfill.
🚨DANGEROUS REVELATION OF #JyotiMalhotra's MARRIAGE😲
Danish used his wife to trap her in his love #trap, and his wife brainwashed her that - "four marriages are legal in Islam, and if you want to marry my husband, then I have no objection," and Danish's wife herself made Jyoti accept Islam.
And in the Pakistan High Commission itself, a Maulvi got Danish and Jyoti married, and after that, both Danish and Jyoti went to Indonesia for their honeymoon.
But Danish was so cunning that he used to say that your Islamic name will remain only on the marriage papers, and you should tell your old name, Jyoti Malhotra, to the whole world.
Think how stupid girls become; they do not understand anything high or low.
And anyway, it is said that the mother plays the biggest role in the upbringing of girls. When Jyoti was 1 year old, her mother and father got divorced. Jyoti's mother passed away. Jyoti and her two brothers were raised by her father alone.
There was no elder sister at home, there was no mother, and Jyoti had become a victim of personality disorder and mental loneliness.
And the profilers who do the spying work can easily understand by studying anyone's profile whether the person can be easily trapped in their net or not.
The same thing happened in Madhuri Gupta's case.
Imagine, she was an officer of the Indian Foreign Service and was posted in Pakistan. For 40 years, she was not married due to some reason or the other. Her mother and father had also passed away. Her siblings were settled in their lives.
Immediately, the ISI profiler came to know that a woman who is alone at the age of 40, whose parents are not in this world, whose siblings are settled in their lives, can be easily trapped.
And then ISI employed one of its colonel-level officers in this work, and that officer trapped Madhuri in his love trap in just a few weeks of hard work, and Madhuri also accepted Islam.
💔 The judge fell for a woman who was a mother of two. Their relationship blossomed, leading to marriage. However, the honeymoon phase was short-lived as shocking revelations came to light.
