Many fitness influencers only focusing on calories in - calories out completely ignore HOW your body processes food

Your blood sugar levels affect everything relating to fat loss like:

- Hunger
- Cortisol
- Cravings
- Inflammation
- Energy levels
- Insulin resistance.
If all of these factors about your health are messed up, it will be MUCH harder to lose fat.

Plus, even if you´re in calorie deficit...

A diet leading to higher blood sugar levels and spikes is still bad for your health.

So here´s how to have healthy blood sugar levels:
1. Don´t think a food is healthy just because it´s "Vegan".

Vegan products can be extremely high in carbs and sugar with the natural animal fats replaced with inflammatory fake seed oils...

Always check the nutrition label and ingredients list.
2. Eat your food in the right order.

The order you eat the protein, carbs, fats and veggies in your meal massively affects the glucose spike you get...

Eventhough you´re still consuming the same number of calories.
3. Choose fruit over processed sugar.

They´re not the same.

Fruit contains many other substances like:

- Fiber
- Vitamins
- Enzymes
- Antioxidants

Which change how your body processes the sugar in it.

Eating fruit will help you satisfy your sugar cravings too.
4. Be mindful of glucose spikes.

When blood sugar spikes rapidly, your pancreas floods your system with insulin - the fat storage hormone.

This hormone literally tells your body to convert glucose to body fat.

5. Drink vinegar before meals.

It causes your muscles to absorb more glucose from your blood and it slows carb digestion.
