A energia z OZE, czyli odnawialnych źródeł, takich jak właśnie wiatr, słońce czy woda, jest w Polsce dwa razy tańsza (270-340 zł za MWh) niż ta z węgla (to też dane Forum Energii). Słowem: im więcej wiatraków, fotowoltaiki czy elektrowni wodnych, tym tańszy będzie prąd.

Im więcej węgla w tzw. miksie energetycznym, tym energia droższa, zwłaszcza że do każdej tony wydobywanego węgla dopłacamy jeszcze 300 zł w podatkach (znów dane Forum Energii).
