1. Train for Intensity, Not Volume.

Mentzer’s golden rule: One set done right beats 10 done wrong.

He pushed for short, high-intensity workouts with perfect form.

2. Rest Is a Weapon.

Most lifters train too often. Mentzer didn’t.

He championed longer recovery periods, sometimes 3-5 days between sessions.

Mentzer didn’t chase flashy exercises. He focused on getting stronger each week.
