Do you know what really bothers me with the DOJ disclosures
(purportedly) DAG Blanche met with Maxwell “for 19 hours over the Course of two days
-why did they release less than 5 hours?
-a 19 hour “direct examination“ results in hundreds if not thousand of pages of transcripts

IMO @AGPamBondi @FBIDirectorKash are actively hiding A TON of information from Congress and the American people at large. When you cross reference both audio & transcripts the glaring hours of missing “conversations” are problematic —particularly since DAG Blanche (and Bondi) both have an oath as officers of the Court. I genuinely do not understand why so many are willfully ignoring the obvious— these releases aren’t about transparency it’s about covering Trump‘s ass

And OH BY THE WAY did any of use catch DAG Blanche’s interesting and probably the tiniest YET important disclosure

If I were a reporter or Congressional investigator I would have a TON of questions —specifically the Ts & Cs of said proffer agreement (which implies the immunity might be way bigger than we all think)

And when I say direct examination —that’s a colloquialism. Because this isn’t a “traditional” direct examination
This was a DAG and Former Criminal Defense Attorney (and yes I still maintain) Blance will be disbarred because he violated no less than 4 major “Rules of Professional Conduct“

If I were a reporter here’s what I would request (via FOIA or civil complain):
-unedited/filter of ALL 19 hours
-unedited transcripts for all 19 hours
-BOP FOIA as it relates to communiques from/to Blanche & Maxwell (understand you’ll probably encounter a privilege wall which will likely require protracted litigation
SUMMARY: Trump Bondi Blanche & the FBI Special Agent should release ALL of the Tapes. Because willfully lying to the American people is a huge violation of public trust and likely criminal liability (after the fact)

And Virginia Guifree’s family has now responded to the odd release ( in DC after 3PM file dumps are a litigation strategy) hoping to quite the ever growing disquiet within MAGA
Releasing cherry picked excepts is such a stupid move that it’s painfully sad!
