#1🧵I received a copy of #RichardAllen's probable cause affidavit (PCA) from a government employee a few months ago. It was only 7 pages. While it had the missing page 8, but it was inexplicably missing a page in the middle. The pages aren't numbered like the redacted version that was released to the public. But the language is the same. I cannot explain these discrepancies.

I've spent months trying to track down the complete PCA & find out why page 8 was missing. I don't know if it was purposely withheld or if it was withheld by mistake. I haven't been able to get answers from Carroll County or Allen County. I'm going to post the copy I received & the redacted copy released by the so you can compare them.

These are my takeaways:
#1 The PCA was signed by then-Carroll County Sheriff's Deputy Tony Liggett & dated Oct. 27, 2022.
#2 "Investigators believe Richard M. Allen committed this kidnapping which resulted in the killing of Victim 1 and Victim 2."
#3 Tony Liggett's name was redacted from page 7 of the original PCA.

#4🧵On Oct. 1, 2024, @fien_X “recreated” the missing page 8 after digging through the state’s court filings. The Electric Werecat Truther ⚡️😸 nailed it word-for-word. This means that Carroll County Prosecutor Nick McLeland copied & pasted #RichardAllen’s unredacted probable cause affidavit in at least 1 court filing.
