🚨REVOLUTION IN MEDICINE🚨

Spanish scientists made a striking announcement:

They conducted a study with healthy Spanish bank employees, aged from 40-55.

Shockingly, 63% of them showed signs of the disease.

The interesting part?
These bacteria are not directly responsible for cardiovascular disease.

It’s a very simple molecule produced by them:

Imidazole propionate
It’s a molecule with 6 carbon, 8 hydrogen, 2 nitrogen, and 2 oxygen atoms (C₆H₈N₂O₂).

When it enters the blood, it:

1. Interacts with immature white blood cells
2. Triggers an inflammatory reaction in the arteries

And causes atherosclerosis (even in healthy people).
Atherosclerosis is the buildup of fats, cholesterol, and other substances on the artery walls.

It narrows the arteries,
Blocks blood flow,
And leads to cardiovascular disease.

It’s responsible for 18 million deaths every year.
Heart attacks and strokes are not random.

They’re a consequence of an unhealthy diet, physical inactivity, and harmful use of alcohol.

Here are 3 changes scientists recommended to prevent them:
1. Introduce intermittent fasting

Fasting means refraining from food for 16-18h.

When you’re fasted, your gut microbiome changes so that less imidazole propionate (ImP) is produced.

With lower ImP levels, nerve-repairing cells called Schwann cells can heal better.
Fasting also improves your heart health:

• It decreases inflammation
• It lowers insulin resistance
• It improves cholesterol levels
2. Follow a low-cholesterol diet

This means introducing more fiber-rich foods:

Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Fiber is linked to better gut and heart health.

It reduces inflammation, lowers blood pressure, and promotes a healthy gut microbiome.
The target?

Hitting a minimum of 25g of fiber per day.

But ideally, it should be up to 50g per day.
