Gender ideology causes tremendous pain to individuals and families.

We must stop sending kids down this deeply troubled path.

Here is the heartbreaking path gender-confused kids and teens are being placed on in America:

1. A unique child that is possibly neurodivergent or possibly has unresolved trauma (often sexual assault), feels discomfort with their body during a puberty.

2. That child learns about being “trans” online, at the doctors office or at school. They believe the lie that something is so horribly wrong about them, they need to erase their entire identity.

They may be groomed by an online predator.

3. Rather than having their underlying problems addressed, the distress/confusion is normalized and affirmed at school by teachers and after school LGBTQ+ clubs.

4. The child is socially transitioned at school, without the knowledge of the parents. The school calls the child by a new name and sex.

Activists love bomb the child to feel proud of their new sex and accepted by their “chosen family.”

5. The child decides they want to medically transition. The school counselor tells the parents.

Many states prohibit counselors from helping children resolve their distress, incorrectly labeling this as “conversion therapy.”

Telling a confused she’s a girl is “conversion.”

6. The parents push back and won’t transition. The counselor tells the parents (the lie) that if they don’t medically transition the child, their child to commit suicide.

And it will be their fault because they “failed” to support their child.

7. When the parents still won’t affirm their child’s confusion, the counselor calls child protective services who show up at their door for a family assessment.

The parents are told that not “affirming” their child’s new sex is harmful to the child, possibly abusive.

8. Scared of losing their child, the parents take them to a gender clinic.

The parent/child relationship is very tenuous at this time. The child has been told by “trusted adults” that their parents are cruel and unloving for not affirming their new sex.

9. After just 1-2 visits, the gender clinic recommends the child is placed on puberty blockers/cross sex hormones. They tell the parents this is “medically necessary.” Their child will likely die if they don’t take this path, they say.

The parent is terrified and has no resources to pushback on the “experts.”

10. Many parents will comply, sending their child down a road that quickly leads to sex-change surgeries and lifetime of medicalization.

They will get pushed further and further into the gender cult and may no longer be capable of seeing the damage sex-change is causing their child.

11. The child’s body if flooded with powerful drugs that are given off-label with very few guardrails and many unknowns. These drugs cause irreversible harm to the child.

Meanwhile, the child’s deeper distress/trauma hasn’t been dealt with. The pain has only been masked.

12. If the parent resists medical sex-change interventions, this may cause an irreversible rift between the parent/child, even ending the relationship.

The child may self emancipate of being place in the care of the state so they can receive sex-change drugs and surgeries.

13. Some very brave parents like @JanuaryDoNoHarm @ErinFriday75490 and @Erin4Parents have resisted, saving their daughters from a lifetime of pain and regret.

If your child is struggling, don’t give up hope. Many kids have been saved.

14. The path of medical sex-change is horrific. We must stop this pipeline.
We must stop allowing this to happen to children and families.

We should not be naive or surprised by the deep mental, emotional and physical pain gender-confused children, teen and young adults are feeling who’ve been place on this path.

It’s a feature, not a bug.
