Every time you remember the traumatic event, your body produces the same stress chemicals as if it's happening again.

And humans relive the same memory 50-100 times a day.

Now the trauma isn't in the brain, it lives in the body as well.
To heal from trauma, you need to break the emotions attached to the memory.

When you remember the event without the emotions:

• Pain turns into wisdom
• You stop being a victim of your story
• Your brain stops firing trauma circuits

Memory without emotional charge is wisdom
Most people are addicted to stress, depression, and anxiety, but they don't know it.

They don't realize that they're stuck in survival mode.

No species can thrive in survival mode.
Humans can turn on stress by thought alone.

If you can think yourself into sickness, you can think yourself into healing.

And it's been scientifically proven!
Your mind doesn't know the difference between memory and reality.

That means you are not what happened to you. You can always rewrite your story.

Here's how you can do it:
Dr. Joe and his research team proved that the heart can heal the body.

When your heart is relaxed and is in coherence with the mind, healing happens.

The heart tells your brain that the past is over, the trauma is over, and you are safe.
Expert meditators can create cells that make them immune to viruses:
