But how did he become the central conduit to spreading the russian Conspiracies about George Soros

It turns out, while in prison LaRouche was getting russian visitors

Taras Muranivsky and Viktor Kuzin would travel to LaRouche's prison to interview an American "political prisoner".

Somehow, from prison, LaRouche was able to help set up the Schiller Institute in Germany in 1992

They held their first conference in Moscow from October 30-31, 1992.
