You've found the start of THE daily Ukraine thread on Day 1289 of Russia's illegal invasion.

Each and every day, even when I'm airborne for 7 hours - I've been here without fail to report and analyse all the news from a country I love and have great experience in.

We go again:
A mix of stories in yesterday's thread, starting with clearing up the destruction from another big Russian air attack, Trump performing another "pre-TACO" manoeuvre, and Ukraine continues to hit behind Russian lines.

Despite a growing number of followers, I'm concerned viewing figures have been well down on both forums I post on.

This seems indicative of war-fatigue.
Please let's make a collective effort to keep politicians accountable and ensure justice to stop Russia once & for all.
I often start with warnings of missiles in Ukraine, but today I can report red alerts given by the occupiers in Donetsk.

Specifically rockets are hitting Russian positions in Makiivka and Avdiivka.

Ukraine is having more and more success striking Russian logistics behind the lines.

It's this tactic which forced the invaders back from Kyiv, Kherson and Kharkiv.

Just one more small example here - a checkpoint in Debaltseve (Donetsk region) gets hit.

Hello again. Day 1287 of the war in Europe.
It's been affecting central and western Europe for a long time now and could engulf them too soon, if unity and strong leadership are not urgently shown.

As expected, it was another difficult night, with Russian missiles and drones criss-crossing Ukraine with little regard for human life.

Friday's thread turned into another 50-post effort, documenting fall out from the Kyiv attack and ending with another:
