More evidence of Trump's stroke - he *STRUGGLES* to hold things in his right hand!
A follower of mine who is a healthcare professional familiar with stroke assessment pointed out that Trump may be demonstrating motor weakness in his right hand - let's review:
Early on in Trump's first term, he used pens to sign executive orders, while using his infamous sharpie on informal documents.
But late term he switched to the larger easier to hold sharpie exclusively.

Being right handed, we often see him pick up the EO booklets with his right hand resting the weight, and his left hand with fingers barely gripping the booklet at all.
4/12
Then we come to today, where Trump struggles with grip strength and motor control mildly on his right hand.
While it's still functional he struggles to maintain weight and grip on the booklet:
5/12
On the second EO, he holds his sharpie up high with a looser grip and scribbles out his signature, before once again using his left hand to take the weight of the book
6/12
He gingerly holds the booklet with this odd three finger grip on the right side, even though his hand muscles look tense, he is unable to apply any actual pressure to the book:
7/12
We also get new angles of the facial asymmetry I've mentioned, it's subtle, but repetitive.
It's what we would expect on a patient that had a mild stroke with a very rapid intervention (like a president) its weakness is akin to your mouth after dental work

This comes after others had speculated Trump was on an LVAD device earlier this week (which is nonsense as it is a many week recovery process)
Instead, its much more likely to be a brace supporting his right side.
(h/t to @dieworkwear for noticing the shoulder bump)

This all remains consistent with my analysis that his stated medications (Statin + Ezetimibe) alone cannot account for his change in LDLs unless he was also on a PCSK9 which would only make sense for a former stroke patient.
That insight + his legs not being CVI + daily aspirin only being for former heart and stroke patients, is now all backed up by cardiologists in reporting by the New York Times:
Many people think strokes are always big and obvious, but here a relay a story from a paramedic that gives a great example of the fact that sometimes mild strokes/TIAs can be so mild the *patient* had no idea they had one.
That’s not the case with Trump but it highlights just how mild long term symptoms can be and why medical teams have to SO carefully assess!
Another telling part is having to look at his hand to make adjustments.
This happens when someone lacks sensation in their hand, they don’t get haptic feedback so they need visual feedback.
Another common sign for many post-stroke

Here’s my fact check on EVERY one of Trump/MAGA claims regarding Fulton:
1) “Trump has the power to seize paper ballots”
No.
State infrastructure and vote archives have specific protections (see Miles’ post below). Paper ballots are supposed to be the untouched records we compare against.
Taking them means any evidence he would have is now tainted.
-ICE deployed flashbangs and tear gas INSIDE the car.
-The 6-month old child stopped breathing and had to be rushed to hospital.
DHS did NO investigation & rushed to lie to defend the officers.
I've verified from prior reporting and 911 call log data the location where ICE tear gassed a 6-month old child:
The 600 block of 23rd Avenue North in Minneapolis.
An entirely residential area.
It did NOT take place at the Whipple Building protest like MAGA has suggested.
It is also worth noting multiple people HAVE been blocked in at the Whipple building protests, as a low income Section 42 housing complex is on the edge of the Federal complex and must drive through the complex to get in/out:
