The unvaxxed babies I know never cry when airplanes ascend or descend. I suspect a link as:
•DPT causes Eustachian tube inflammation, scarring, and ear infections
•Anti-inflammatory DMSO in the ears treats aerositis (pain with pressure changes)

I suspect the primary issue is that when the inflamed or scarred Eustachian tubes can't expand or shrink (to accommodate air pressure changes) pain results either from the pressure on them or what builds up in the head. This is why DMSO or other pressure relief treats aerositis.
Furthermore:
•Concurrent upper respiratory infection (which congests the ears and is more likely to occur in vaccinated children) has been linked to infants crying on airplanes. •Colic (frequent piercing crying) often results from vaccine brain inflammation (particularly DPT)
