After looking carefully I've seen enough to feel reasonably confident that despite there being footage of the wound it's still likely a psyop. In fact I think that is an important point of it.

When I was a child I noticed the race pushing. Long before I began decoding I would turn the TV channels in a game of how long I could flip channels before I got to a Black man not talking about race. I did that test many times and not a single time did I find one.
