Here are massive red flags I wish I knew in my 20's:
1. Having a big belly. It's a sign of high levels of visceral fat. It wrecks hormones and reduces blood flow to the brain, making you dumber.
2. Sleeping less than 6 hours a day. Long-term sleep deprivation leads to fat gain, lower cognitive function, and eventual disease.
3. Thinking that anything in your 20s is "too late". This belief will stop you from doing some cool shit.
4. Ignoring your environment. Your friends, the people you follow on social media, and anything you have in your life influence your mindset.
5. Bleeding gums. Sign of gum disease. Long-term use can lead to horrible dental health and an increased risk of heart disease, inflammation, and even cognitive decline.
6. Drinking alcohol daily. Increases cancer risk, disrupts sleep, and does massive damage to the liver & brain.
7. Carrying high amounts of consumer debt and paying off the minimum. Shows an inability to control spending.
8. Living paycheque to paycheque without a plan. This increases stress while limiting freedom. Having no plan makes things worse.
9. All of your friends are from high school. Shows a lack of effort in growing your network, which shrinks opportunities and perspective.
10. Keeping toxic people around. Toxic people drain your energy like a vampire drinks blood. This will crush self-esteem and limit growth.
11. You stopped reading books. Books are borrowed wisdom. You can't let AI do all the thinking for you. Read a damn book.
12. Avoiding hard conversations. This creates resentment and weakens your ability to speak for yourself.
13. Not having goals or borrowing someone else's. Your mind needs to be pointed in the right direction. If not, you will be given a goal and you won't like it.
14. Not having a list of 3-5 tasks every day that would enable you to turn your goals into reality.
15. Never measuring progress (weight, finances, skills etc.) You can't improve what you don't track.
16. Avoiding the cringe. If you look back and don't see yourself cringing you weren't really getting after it were you?
17. Buying things to impress other people. This shows a lack of worth. If you need a "thing" to impress others, it's a sign of low status that's disguised as high status.
18. Self-deprecation. This is a sign of low self-esteem while programming limitations into your own reality.
19. Getting less than 4000 steps a day. Sign of laziness and modern living. Walking reduces stress and boosts brain power. Sedentary living leads to poor mental health and a low life expectancy.
20. Not being hydrated. This leads to poor mental performance and low energy.
21. Not embracing technology. This is rooted in fear and overwhelm. Not learning new tech means you'll be left behind.
22. Always complaining or blaming. This is a sign that you don't take ownership and will lead to becoming an NPC.
I'm sure there are more, but I'll stop there.
Think of these red flags are the "check engine" light on your life. Work on them now for a better life in the future.

Workout cheat codes I know at 45 that I wish I knew at 25:
1. Take 5 grams of creatine for the muscles. Take 10-20 grams of creatine for the brain.
2. For a great workout, mix a bottle of beetroot juice with half a teaspoon of baking soda. Beetroot boosts nitric oxide for endurance; baking soda buffers acid, delaying fatigue for workouts.
3. When working out use swear words to enhance your ability to lift heavier.
4. Between your sets, go for a walk to improve recovery and increase step count.
5. If you're stuck for time, you can cut your workout time in half while still getting the same gains by incorporating supersets for non-competing exercises.
