Here’s everything you need to know to save your hair.
🧵:
Hairloss is an effect of physical and chemical stress and energetic deficiency.
The chemical part of hairloss is due to lack of nutrients and oxygen.
This can be due to a shocking diet or poor breathing habits (hyperventilation or constant valsalva)
Calcification and fibrosis is implicated in hair loss which can be caused by low vitamin D and elevated PTH
Hormones also are to be taken into account.
DHT is blamed to cause hairloss but DHT is elevated in the scalp as a side effect of the root cause.
High DHT can even accelerate hair growth, it does this all over the body except for the scalp where the galea aponeurotica lies.
Why would this be?
The problem is not the DHT but the scalp tissue around is overtensed meaning hair follicles cannot receive adequate nutrients and oyxgen obviously causing cell death and hairloss.
Stress , elevated cortisol and estrogen can cause this but what else?
Cranial bone misplacement and hairloss.
Scalp vessels travel within the subcutaneous layer just superficial to the aponeurotic layer called the galea
Blood vessels pass through all the scalp layers arriving to the hair follicles.
With a vertical or misplaced maxilla, the human must maintain a cervical hinge to open the airway causing chronic tension in the neck muscles propogating to the galea via neck muscle tension to the temporalis and occipitofrontalis muscles - compressing blood vessels to follicles.
A better flowchart would look something like this.
When tissues are damaged, an inflammatory response is activated. The function of inflammation is to clear out necrotic cells and damaged tissues.
DHT plays an important role in inflammation and regulating its activity.
When the inflammation is long-term and chronic, it causes fibrosis and calcification. Indeed, miniaturization of hair follicles has been associated with deposits of densely packed collagen bundles in the follicular dermal sheath, called perifollicular fibrosis with dandruff.
So is hairloss caused exclusively by DHT or is it caused by elevated stress hormones, poor posture, recessed faces , improper breathing ,tissue oxygenation and scalp tension.
Remember hairloss is almost always associated with some anxiety.
So you decide what theory is best.

If you have anxiety (always worried about money, what others think, scared if the food contains seed oils or not) - press this point for 3-5 seconds on both hands
Activates your parasympathetic nervous system fast
It may hurt a little
Most people have tremendous weakness of the muscles underneath this point hence compressing the nerves underneath causing feelings of pain
Don't be most people - exercise the wrist flexors (right image)
More pressure points for reducing anxiety instantly, the upper chest one is very effective- massage yourself or ask spouse:
So can you see why a weak psoas will wreak havoc on your body and why it is EXTREMELY important that it is strengthened daily?
If you do well done, practice 9 reps of psoas strengthening (illustrated below) on both sides of your body, then take a look at yourself in the mirror.
You will see how beautiful your posture has become - no doubt about it.
The diagram below illustrates the intimidate relationship between the psoas and the diaphragm
Strong psoas = healthy breathing pattern
Weak psoas = fast shallow breathing
The psoas muscle is known as the "muscle of the soul"
Now you know why
Next time you see a friend with poor posture (nerd neck and hunchback posture) - tell them to strengthen their psoas muscle.
More exercises (simple and easy yet effective) - stick to 9 reps each
As your psoas muscle strengthens, addictive/impulsive behaviour tend to reduce dramatically as your mind is now calm
Grey hair caused by genetics? Think again.
Grey hair is actually caused by low thyroid and low copper, NOT GENETICS.
Grey hairs increase as we age because thyroid hormone T3 declines with age.
Thyroid hormone can make grey hairs black again.
Thyroid hormone is known as the beauty hormone.
Here's how you increase it.
