Hairloss caused by DHT and genetics? Think again.

95% of the time hairloss is actually caused by 3 things:

-inflammation
-scalp tension
-nutrient deficiencies

You don't need to spend $10k on a trip to Turkey

Here’s everything you need to know to save your hair.

🧵: Image
Hairloss is an effect of physical and chemical stress and energetic deficiency.
The chemical part of hairloss is due to lack of nutrients and oxygen.

This can be due to a shocking diet or poor breathing habits (hyperventilation or constant valsalva)

Calcification and fibrosis is implicated in hair loss which can be caused by low vitamin D and elevated PTH Image
Hormones also are to be taken into account.

DHT is blamed to cause hairloss but DHT is elevated in the scalp as a side effect of the root cause.

High DHT can even accelerate hair growth, it does this all over the body except for the scalp where the galea aponeurotica lies. Image
Image
Why would this be?

The problem is not the DHT but the scalp tissue around is overtensed meaning hair follicles cannot receive adequate nutrients and oyxgen obviously causing cell death and hairloss.

Stress , elevated cortisol and estrogen can cause this but what else? Image
Image
Cranial bone misplacement and hairloss.

Scalp vessels travel within the subcutaneous layer just superficial to the aponeurotic layer called the galea

Blood vessels pass through all the scalp layers arriving to the hair follicles. Image
With a vertical or misplaced maxilla, the human must maintain a cervical hinge to open the airway causing chronic tension in the neck muscles propogating to the galea via neck muscle tension to the temporalis and occipitofrontalis muscles - compressing blood vessels to follicles. Image

Image
A better flowchart would look something like this.

When tissues are damaged, an inflammatory response is activated. The function of inflammation is to clear out necrotic cells and damaged tissues.
DHT plays an important role in inflammation and regulating its activity. Image
Image
When the inflammation is long-term and chronic, it causes fibrosis and calcification. Indeed, miniaturization of hair follicles has been associated with deposits of densely packed collagen bundles in the follicular dermal sheath, called perifollicular fibrosis with dandruff. Image
So is hairloss caused exclusively by DHT or is it caused by elevated stress hormones, poor posture, recessed faces , improper breathing ,tissue oxygenation and scalp tension.

Remember hairloss is almost always associated with some anxiety.

So you decide what theory is best. Image

If you have anxiety (always worried about money, what others think, scared if the food contains seed oils or not) - press this point for 3-5 seconds on both hands

Activates your parasympathetic nervous system fast

It may hurt a little Image
Most people have tremendous weakness of the muscles underneath this point hence compressing the nerves underneath causing feelings of pain

Don't be most people - exercise the wrist flexors (right image) Image
More pressure points for reducing anxiety instantly, the upper chest one is very effective- massage yourself or ask spouse: Image

Hairloss caused by genetics and DHT? Think again.

Hairloss is actually caused by:

-Chronically Elevated Cortisol Levels (This increases your scalp tension)

-Low Thyroid Function and T3

-Chronically Elevated Estrogen Levels (there is a feedback loop between cortisol and estrogen where they both increase each other over time)

-Low Testosterone

-Low GH and IGF-1

-Drops in protective hormone levels like Progesterone,DHEA.

-Nutritional deficiencies (salt, calcium, vitamins) which lead to rises in stress hormones like aldosterone and PTH

Don't believe everything modern medicine tells you.

One of the absolute BEST things you can do today is strengthen (NOT stretch) your psoas muscle

Most of the population has tremendous weakness in this muscle and here's why

You sit for 8-9 hours a day -> psoas weakens

You wear heeled shoes -> psoas weakens

Psoas weakens -> pelvic position shifts -> hunchback posture adopted -> forward head posture -> increased scalp tension -> neck pain -> anxiety/insecurity

psoas weakens -> abdominal nerves compressed -> feelings of anxiety/insecurity

Psoas weakens -> diaphragm tightens -> breathing pattern becomes shallow -> anxiety -> survival mode -> scarcity mindset

So can you see why a weak psoas will wreak havoc on your body and why it is EXTREMELY important that it is strengthened daily?

If you do well done, practice 9 reps of psoas strengthening (illustrated below) on both sides of your body, then take a look at yourself in the mirror.

You will see how beautiful your posture has become - no doubt about it.Image
The diagram below illustrates the intimidate relationship between the psoas and the diaphragm

Strong psoas = healthy breathing pattern

Weak psoas = fast shallow breathing

The psoas muscle is known as the "muscle of the soul"

Now you know why

Next time you see a friend with poor posture (nerd neck and hunchback posture) - tell them to strengthen their psoas muscle.Image
More exercises (simple and easy yet effective) - stick to 9 reps each

As your psoas muscle strengthens, addictive/impulsive behaviour tend to reduce dramatically as your mind is now calm

A strong psoas is a strong mind Image

Hairloss and facial structure

If your maxilla (beauty bone) grows vertically, the mandible (jaw) swings back.

As a compensatory mechanism, the head is extended in a forward head posture.

Guess what happens when the head is in this position 99% of the time to allow proper breathing?

SCALP TENSION INCREASES - CHRONICALLY - LEADING TO HAIRLOSS AT THE TEMPLES AND CROWN!

How to correct improper facial structure?

- Proper tongue posture (back 3rd of tongue always on the roof of mouth - and breathing through nose)

- never clench your jaw back (this increases scalp tension dramatically - leading to your facial structure developing down and back)

-Massage your jaw muscles for 30-45 seconds daily or take 140mg Magnesium bisglycinate to relax muscular tensionImage
Poor facial structure (due poor breathing habits and poor tongue posture) - poor neck posture - jaw is clenched back chronically - chronic scalp tension - hairloss

Scalp tension tensile pattern perfectly matches the norwood scale.

Lower scalp tension by relaxing your jaw (protraction) and practicing proper tongue posture - ALL THE TIME!Image

Grey hair caused by genetics? Think again.
Grey hair is actually caused by low thyroid and low copper, NOT GENETICS.
Grey hairs increase as we age because thyroid hormone T3 declines with age.

Thyroid hormone can make grey hairs black again.
Thyroid hormone is known as the beauty hormone.

Here's how you increase it.

Check Thread 👇Image
Maximizing your natural production of thyroid will help you become lean and energetic in a healthy way.

T3 and T4 are the center of thyroid hormones that will improve the quality of your life dramatically.
5 side effects of hypothyroidism (low thyroid):

- Hair loss
- Losing the outer part of eyebrow
- Fat gain
- Swelling
-Cold hands and feet Image
