1/Deputy minister Dariusz Standerski said most attacks are stopped, but some stole medical data or disrupted hospitals for hours. An attempt last month infiltrated a big city’s water network before being halted.
2/ Poland will spend €80mn this month to harden water-system defences, part of a €1bn plan to shield critical infrastructure as it fends off 99% of Russian- cyber attacks.
