I have some random thoughts and questions in no particular order:
Autopsies in utah are done at OME's main facility in SLC where they have specialized equipment. For a case in Orem (about 45 miles south of Salt Lake City), the body would be transported to this facility...

There are no dedicated autopsy facilities in Orem itself.

Given the death occurred on wed and the body was transported out of state with honors, on thursday any autopsy had to occur within 24 hours in SLC.

No mention of the recovery of any bullet. So therefore no ballistics as of yet. They've shared text messages and the engravings on shell casings so we get a real good understanding of the motive but no indication that they even plan to try him and win a conviction because no...

autopsy and no bullet. ( how long would info about the existence of such things normally be withheld in other high profile murders)?Wouldn't there be some mention of a bullet recovered from his body or more likely some place behind where he was sitting?

No blood on the white backdrop behind him...Maybe the bullet lodged with no exit wound?

And then forgive me if I'm wrong but on the day of...in all the chaos, did we not got two different instances of fbi/Kash saying we have someone in custody and then shortly after saying they have been cleared and let go? Twice, right?...yep

Either way zinn is still in custody (or back in custody)? after having a medical episode, under investigation for CSAM on his device. What in the actual eff. And what about the other patsy or person of interest. What happened to him where did he go?

Apparently it takes tools and some time perhaps 1-2 minutes to disassemble the mauser barrel. Apparently they found a screwdriver on the roof which he wasn't worried about leaving behind or just dropped, fine.

But timeline basically accounts for zero time from the shot 12:23 to when he starts running across the roof 12:23 and then crosses the street 12:24 which he doesn't do for a full minute after he hits the ground after dropping from the roof at still 12:23?

When did he disassemble this rifle? Then reassembles it in the woods? Or did the finders do that for the photo op?

if you are walking around with your gun in your pants, might that slightly alter the calibration of your sights or scope enough to muck up a shot from this distance? Would you need a practice shot after that? Not a shooter, just asking bc i dont know

Same question affecting the scope accuracy IF you had to assemble the rifle before th shot? he got on roof at 12:17 then crouched until 12:22 when he ran across roof. Lay down. Set up shot. Took a shot within 120 seconds of laying down. Then got up immediately and dipped.

Again, I'm not a shooter or sniper but does this seem reasonable? Seems the alleged suspect had some previous firearms usage

Another question: he came from Washington County approx 4 hours away. When did he leave? Is there any surveillance, ring cam, traffic cam footage of him driving his car on the way?

He was found in the same clothes after 36 hours? If same clothes, no shower? no change of clothes after the fact even though he inexplicably changes clothes before? Texts claim he wanted to "take this secret to the grave" & didn't destroy the clothes he just murdered someone in?
