I have some random thoughts and questions in no particular order:
Autopsies in utah are done at OME's main facility in SLC where they have specialized equipment. For a case in Orem (about 45 miles south of Salt Lake City), the body would be transported to this facility... There are no dedicated autopsy facilities in Orem itself.

Given the death occurred on wed and the body was transported out of state with honors, on thursday any autopsy had to occur within 24 hours in SLC.
