The entire evidence comes from ABC News media report from Apr 2024 regarding this incident that apparently happened in December 2023—4 months earlier. Clinic director said an Israeli shell hit the clinic but he was not there and does not even know the exact date of incident. 2/

The UN Report does not have any more information than this yet make sweeping claims! They say they looked at photos (shown in the ABC report) and claim it “most probably” was an IDF tank shell. They cite the ABC report that the IDF said it was unaware of this incident. 3/

The UN, with no evidence, claims there was a deliberate precision strike to hit five nitrogen tanks inside, claiming the IDF knew exactly what was inside and intentionally hit it. But photos from April show the building intact, with only areas of heavy damage to the interior. 4/

UN manufactures “evidence” of a major IDF attack on this clinic. They cite as key evidence that they “heard” from an unnamed witness who said that unnamed munitions experts concluded that the clinic was “under significant direct attack.” It's all faked by the UN. 5/

That's it. No date of the attack, no forensic analysis of the site, no credible witnesses. Perhaps it was a Hamas rocket that misfired? Maybe it was an IDF shell—how can the UN know it was intentional? Maybe Hamas was fighting on that street? A wild leap by UN with no proof. 6/
