It just keeps getting worse.

This week, we learned that Joe Biden's FBI was actively targeting 92 conservative groups and individuals in a massive fishing expedition.

The list includes Charlie Kirk's organization, Turning Point USA. 🧵
The FBI's "Operation Arctic Frost" was launched in 2022, under the pretenses of investigating the Trump campaign and its conservative allies.

It was led by Tim Thibault—an FBI agent who was later forced to resign for his partisan corruption. Image

Arctic Frost quickly ballooned into a Soviet "show me the man, I'll show you the crime" fishing expedition against the entire political Right—issuing over 400 subpoenas targeting 92 conservative groups/actors.

It later morphed into the Jack Smith special counsel investigation. Image
The targets of the probe included groups like the RNC, America First Policy Institute, and the various arms of the Trump campaign itself.

It included the Republican Attorneys General Association—a group that I formerly chaired.

And it included TPUSA and TPAction.
As Senator Grassley put it, Arctic Frost was "the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus."
Charlie Kirk built the most effective youth movement on the Right in American history.

That's why the Left hated him. It's why the media attacked and smeared him. And it's why the Biden administration was investigating him.
The Biden administration and left-wing allies spent four years treating the conservative half of the country not as political opponents, but domestic enemies—not legitimate political actors, but dangerous extremists.

And now they're calling for "unity"?
The Left waxes poetic about "free speech" when Jimmy Kimmel loses his show for brazenly lying to his viewers and plummeting in ratings.

But when their side weaponize the federal agencies against the entire conservative movement—it's crickets.
We can't have "unity" until we confront the truth: One side has embraced dangerous extremism. And it isn't us.

Led by liberal judges, a federal court just undermined one of Congress's most powerful tools to rein in the Administrative State.

The court's decision allows unelected bureaucrats in DC to impose rules that Congress and the President expressly rejected.

Under the Congressional Review Act, Congress can vote to repeal a regulation issued by an administrative agency.

If the President signs that resolution, then the regulation is repealed and the agency cannot create a "substantially similar" regulation.
That's why I've championed using the CRA to repeal dozens of harmful Biden-era regulations and make sure they don't come back.

For example, Congress and President Trump repealed a series of Biden-Dep't of Energy regs that hurt American energy dominance.

Several of the aliens facing removal sued in D.C.

Despite not being the emergency judge on duty, Boasberg assumed control of the case and, in the evening of March 15, issued a temporary restraining order prohibiting their removal under the AEA.
