No more delays. Judge Boasberg must be suspended immediately.

Impeachment is underway. He should not get to hear another case—this afternoon I led the effort to make that suspension happen.

My letter to Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan of the D.C. Circuit. 🧵 Image

On November 4, articles of impeachment were filed against U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia—following my call for his impeachment.

Today, the State Department announced its plan to designate four violent Antifa cells as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.

It's a major step in our fight against Antifa's terror network.

I was proud to work with the administration to make it happen.

This is a huge deal. 🧵 Image Antifa is not an "idea." It is a sophisticated, violent terrorist movement—and its network extends far beyond our borders.

As I have outlined at length in the past, the Antifa violence we see on U.S. soil is driven by a global web of extremist groups.

Last night—while I presided—the Senate delivered both a funding bill and a private right of action to combat Jack Smith's lawlessness.

We are going to drag Arctic Frost from the court of public opinion to the highest courts in our land.

Here is why this is such a big deal.🧵 The Senate passed a continuing resolution to fund the government through January, along with a "minibus" containing three appropriations bills: MilCon/VA, Ag, and Legislative Branch.

The key provision here is in the Legislative Branch appropriations bill.

I just called for the impeachment of Judge Boasberg.

Boasberg is the poster child for rogue judges:

• Forcing his way onto Trump cases
• Fomenting a judicial "resist" campaign
• Issuing illegal gag orders on GOP Senators.

This rogue judge must go. Let's recap. 🧵 Judge Boasberg has a habit of forcing himself onto high-profile Trump cases that land in his court.

None was more notorious than the "Turn the Planes Around" case, where he tried to recall the deportation of MS-13 gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.

Tomorrow, I am holding a Senate Judiciary hearing on left wing political violence.

From assassinations to street violence and Antifa, the rise in leftist political violence must be vigorously opposed.

They not only threaten our lives, but our Constitutional Order. 🧵 Image Since 2024:

- Two different gunmen tried to kill President Trump.
- Charlie Kirk was murdered.
- Justice Kavanaugh 's would-be assassin was given a slap-on-the-wrist
- Luigi Mangioni murdered Brian Thompson
- Anti-ICE riots have wrecked cities.

And so much more.

The "No Kings Day" protests are an incredible example of how astroturfed the Left is.

Nothing about this was "grassroots" or organic. It's funded by billionaires, promoted by million-dollar ad buys, and organized by some of the most powerful left-wing groups in America. 🧵 Last week, a new group called "Home of the Brave" dropped $1 million on a national media blitz to juice turnout at the protests, runnings ads in more than 185 local papers across 31 states. They took out full-page ads in the New York Times, Washington Post, and USA Today. Image

The radicals of the 1960s failed to overthrow America by force — so they set out to capture it from within.

The Left's long march through the institutions was the defining political project of the last 50 years.

Now, the Right must take those institutions back for America. 🧵 Image

In one 18-month period between 1971-72, there were 2,500 domestic bombings on U.S. soil—a stunning rate of nearly five per day.

For many Americans, that fact is shocking. In today’s popular imagination, the politics of the 60s and 70s were Woodstock, peace signs, and hippies.

For years, media elites told us that "right-wing political violence" is America’s great domestic extremist threat.

Even today, they continue to cite the same handful of studies to "prove" that this is true.

But those "studies" are bunk.

I’m asking DOJ to fix this. 🧵 Image I just sent a letter to the Department of Justice urging them to conduct a serious, empirical study on the crisis of left-wing political violence.

Currently, no study of this sort exists.

The "data" we do have on political violence is laughably flawed, partisan junk science.

Today, I sent a letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio urging him to designate the international Antifa networks as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.

Antifa isn’t just a domestic threat.

It’s part of a global system of violent far-left extremists. 🧵 Image President Trump has made it clear that Antifa should be treated as the terrorist threat it is.

Yesterday, he reaffirmed his intent to dismantle the group's international network—and said he wanted to see it designated as an FTO.

"Let’s get it done."

This is outrageous.

Some U.S. companies are using H-1B visas to staff their DEI offices.

I've reviewed numerous examples of hospitals, universities and other employers hiring foreign H-1B workers as DEI bureaucrats.

I'm urging USCIS to work with us to fix this. 🧵 Documents we reviewed show a range of U.S. employers have sought to hire foreign H-1B workers to fill their DEI positions.

For example, Yale New Haven Health filed Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas for the role of “Diversity and Inclusion Specialist” in 2021: Image

This would be an incredible victory — if they follow through.

We'll be watching very closely.

This is a big deal. 🧵 In American politics today, stories, narratives, ideas, etc all take shape on the big social media platforms before making their way into the general public discourse.

Online censorship rigged the entire American political debate in the Left's favor.

It just keeps getting worse.

This week, we learned that Joe Biden's FBI was actively targeting 92 conservative groups and individuals in a massive fishing expedition.

The list includes Charlie Kirk's organization, Turning Point USA. 🧵 The FBI's "Operation Arctic Frost" was launched in 2022, under the pretenses of investigating the Trump campaign and its conservative allies.

It was led by Tim Thibault—an FBI agent who was later forced to resign for his partisan corruption. Image

After President Trump fired her for cause (alleged mortgage fraud), former Fed Governor Cook is expected to sue.

This massive administrative state/separation of powers case will likely go to the Supreme Court.

Let's break down why President Trump is expected to win. 🧵 Image As the Supreme Court clarified a few months ago: the default rule is that Article II of the Constitution grants the President the authority to remove any federal official wielding executive power for any reason the President deems appropriate, including policy disagreements. The FBI just made a historic, largest-of-its-kind personnel investment to combat crime in St. Louis.

I worked with @FBIDirectorKash all year to secure this investment. It will put criminals in jail, deport illegals, and get drugs off the street.

Let's break it down.🧵 Image This isn't some temporary fix, it's a PERMANENT investment from the Trump Administration.

Staffing levels at the FBI in St. Louis will hit their highest point in years. More agents on the ground means more investigations, more arrests, and safer streets for Missouri families. Image

Led by liberal judges, a federal court just undermined one of Congress's most powerful tools to rein in the Administrative State.

The court's decision allows unelected bureaucrats in DC to impose rules that Congress and the President expressly rejected.

Let me explain. 🧵 Image Under the Congressional Review Act, Congress can vote to repeal a regulation issued by an administrative agency.

If the President signs that resolution, then the regulation is repealed and the agency cannot create a "substantially similar" regulation.

A huge court win today for constitutional sanity.

HELD: The President controls our foreign aid disbursements. Multinational NGOs can’t sue for a right to billions of taxpayer dollars—only the Comptroller General can under the Impoundment Control Act.

Here’s what happened. 🧵 Image Right after taking office, President Trump issued EO 14,169 freezing ~$10B in foreign aid.

NGOs like Global Health Council freaked out because their gravy train was coming to an end. They sued, arguing the President did not have the authority to stop the flow of funds.

🚨A massive win for President Trump against rogue judges.

Chief Judge Boasberg was brazenly trying to punish the President for a dispute over an order the Supreme Court later said he had not power to issue in the first place.

The D.C. Circuit just shut him down. 🧵 Image This fight dates back to March 15, when the President invoked the Alien Enemies Act to fast-track the deportation of dangerous Venezuelan gang members and cartel affiliates from our country.

🚨The newly released appendix to the Durham Report reveals that the Clinton campaign colluded with George Soros's Open Society Foundation to cook up the Trump-Russia hoax and possibly induce an FBI investigation.

This is huge. We have the paper trail. 🧵
On July 25, 2016, right before the DNC, an email from Leonard Benardo—a VP at Soros's Open Society Foundation and close associate of the Clinton campaign—shows that Clinton and her staffers plotted "a long-term affair to demonize Putin and Trump."

Today, I addressed DOJ's excellent decision to file a judicial misconduct complaint against Judge Boasberg for lacking impartiality.

Judges aren't politicians in robes—they're judges.

President Trump's judicial nominees clearly understand that and proved it in their hearing. 🧵 This week, the DOJ filed a misconduct complaint against Judge Boasberg for his improper political conduct at a Judicial Conference meeting in the earlier this year.

Rogue Judge Boasberg may "discipline" DOJ for not turning around planes full of terrorists and gangbangers headed to El Salvador.

Boasberg was just exposed for being biased against Trump last week.

I have new receipts that show he has been a partisan since his confirmation.🧵 Image This revelation fits a long-running pattern of Judge Boasberg's open bias against President Trump.

Earlier in July, a memo revealed that Judge Boasberg and other DC judges were prejudicially speculating about how the Trump administration might respond to an adverse ruling. Image

In April, Senate Democrats wrote me a letter requesting an oversight hearing on the DOJ's Civil Rights Division. On Wednesday, they got their wish when I chaired a Senate judiciary hearing where @HarmeetKDhillon testified on "Ending Illegal DEI Discrimination & Preferences" 🧵 Image

Their letter argued that Harmeet Dhillon is "fundamentally transform[ing]" the Civil Rights Division. I agree. Harmeet Dhillon is fundamentally transforming the DOJ Civil Rights Division, and that's exactly what our country needs. Image
