There is a lot of conspiracy out there, and they are quick to assume any questioning of the administrations actions must be conspiracy lacking nuance - and yet, they refuse to ask nuanced questions themselves.

Just 4 days ago, Kash Patel was on Fox News noting that they had a note that "was destroyed", that they did not "see" and that they got the contents of from "aggressive interview posture"
This has been the most *DANGEROUS* 48 hours in the Trump Presidency so far.
Trump has taken multiple unprecedent actions, that while individually they seem innocuous, together point to an alarming future that require us to act NOW.
Here is what you need to know:
2/29
What's important to understand, is that the only thing that droops more than Trump's face is his approval rating.
Hitting a new record low, even among Republican voters.
3/29
We see this echoed in the fact that Democrats are *massively* outperforming in special elections, including in districts that Trump won by more than 10 points.
Kimmel said nothing untoward, even were he a newscaster that take would be fair and balanced in that moment.
But late night show hosts are *comedians*

Let’s be clear the party that screeched about their “free speech” rights because they couldn’t spread misinformation on online platforms, is now using threats, coercion and political pressure to cancel their critics.
Some have asked how I think it plays out - it's too early to tell for sure but we can take educated guesses and just keep updating those as we get more info, so my very early *first pass* thoughts on likely conviction:
Odds of conviction - 95% there is some small wiggle room for issues to arise from Patel's statements and handling of this, but if the evidence in the charging doc was accurate, then they would get some type of conviction.
The charging document of Tyler Robinson in the Charlie Kirk case has been filed in Utah.
Here’s what’s important and what’s notably ***missing*** from the document!
2/22
First off, it’s only a state filing so far, and based on the findings presented within, it will be hard for them to pursue a Federal case.
They seem like they may try for the hate crime angle but it’s a long shot.
3/22
They specifically argue that one of the enhanced aggravating factors was targeting Kirk for his “political expression”
Which as we’ll see later in the document is actually a bit dubious, so this will likely get challenged, but it tells us what narrative they are pushing.
