90% of people are destroying their gut health without knowing it.

Professor Tim Spector discovered we're missing ONE nutrient that doubles disease risk.

The Hadza tribe gets twice as much of it. They have virtually no cancer or heart disease.

Here's what you need to know:⬇️ Image

The American and British gut projects found that most people eat maybe 10 different plants per week.

But the sweet spot for optimal gut health is 30 plants weekly.

That seemed impossible until I learned what really counts:
Plants aren't just vegetables.

They're nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices, too.

Each feeds different gut microbes with unique chemicals.

Your microbes are picky eaters - some prefer purple carrots over orange.

This became my foundation for transformation: Image
Strategy 1: Build a diversity jar.

Mix 12 different nuts and seeds in one container.
Walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia, flax, hemp hearts.

Add a handful to yogurt daily.
That's 12 of your 30 plants before 8am.
Strategy 2: Eat the rainbow strategically.

Purple carrots have 9-10x more polyphenols than orange.
Dark greens beat light lettuce.
Red onions over yellow.

The darker the color, the better for your gut.
Kale's bitterness signals high polyphenol content.

Dark chocolate over 70% is packed with them.

Extra virgin olive oil and coffee deliver daily doses.

Each color feeds different microbes.

Now for the nutrient 90% of us lack:
Strategy 3: Fix your fiber crisis.

The Hadza tribe in Tanzania has twice our microbial diversity.

They get virtually no cancer or heart disease.

Their secret is massive fiber intake from diverse sources:
Meanwhile, we're getting less than half the fiber we need.

Simple swaps make the difference:

Whole-grain pasta has double the fiber.

Keep potato skins on - that's where half the fiber lives:
Mixed bean cans give variety plus high fiber.

Popcorn beats chips with 3g fiber per serving.

Eat kiwis with the skin for extra fiber.

These simple changes transform your gut health: Image
Strategy 4: Choose alive over dead.

Yogurt gives you 2-3 beneficial microbe species.

Kefir delivers 10-20 different types.

Mix both for maximum benefit.

Add kimchi, sauerkraut, or kombucha daily.
Studies show fermented foods improve immune function within weeks.

Each serving feeds beneficial bacteria while crowding out harmful ones.

This is how you build a thriving gut ecosystem:
Strategy 5: Eliminate the gut killers.

In the UK, nearly 60% of our diet is ultra-processed.

The Zoe snack survey found 75% of our snacks are ultra-processed.

Even those with health halos harm gut health.
Smart swaps that save your gut: Olives instead of chips for polyphenols.

Mixed nuts over protein bars.

Daily nuts reduce mortality risk by 14%.
Berries instead of candy.

These aren't restrictions - they're upgrades.
After years of working with food manufacturers, I've seen how the right proteins transform both gut health and nutrition.

The key is finding proteins that don't force you to choose between health and taste.
This is why we developed PIP's plant proteins.

They're functional ingredients that integrate seamlessly into daily routines.

Plant diversity and complete proteins without the cardboard taste.
A bit about me:

I’m the founder of @PIPInternation1 (premium plant-protein) and @LePoisOfficial (science-backed skincare that heals).

We’re doing things differently by leading with proof, not promises.

Fast food giants are experiencing something they've never seen before.

McDonald's and Wendy's both reported the same shocking trend.

Consumers are opting out.

Here's what's really driving everyone away from fast food:⬇️ Image
The headlines scream disaster. Nearly 4% price increases in dining out.

Low-income customers are cutting back. Even Chipotle and Sweet Green are struggling.

But here's what 20 years of building food companies taught me about these exact moments:
Crisis creates opportunity. Every time.

When consumers reject the status quo, smart operators don't panic. They pivot.

And right now, we're witnessing the most exciting pivot in food history:

McDonald’s just broke their own global rule.

In India, they launched an item you can’t find anywhere else on Earth.

32,000 sold in a single day - shelves wiped clean.

But the frenzy isn’t really about fast food, it’s about a deeper crisis no one’s ready for: ⬇️ Image

73% of India's 1.4 billion people are protein deficient.

That's over 1 billion people struggling with basic nutrition.

McDonald's response?

A 30-cent vegetarian protein slice that's outselling every other topping.

But here's where the strategy gets brilliant:
They didn't just slap protein powder on a burger.

They spent 6 months in government labs perfecting the texture.

The first prototypes were "too chewy" and "powdery" for Indian tastes.

This obsession with getting it right reveals the real opportunity:

Everyone thinks memory loss is just part of aging.

The truth? It’s not age.

A study of 300 twins revealed the strongest predictor of cognitive health.

Here’s the ONE thing that will protect your mind as you age: ⬇️ Image
Image
Research just revealed that the power in your quads and glutes predict your brain health better than almost any other factor.

This isn't some fringe theory.

It's hard science that's reshaping how we think about aging:
Women with stronger legs at 55 had sharper minds at 65.

Not just slightly better.

Significantly better cognitive function across the board.

But the real surprise came when they looked at brain scans...

Your intelligence is DESTROYING your potential.

You analyze emotions to death instead of healing them.

This mental prison keeps brilliant people stuck for decades.

Here's how to break free 🧵: Image
When you feel anger, your first instinct is analysis.

You immediately ask why you're angry.

Your brain switches to problem-solving mode.

But emotions aren't problems to be solved...
Smart people treat feelings like puzzles.

They believe understanding the cause will make it disappear.

They dissect every emotion with surgical precision.

This approach backfires in ways they never realize:

You're not lazy. You're a competence addict.

Your brain panics when you're terrible at something new and forces you to quit.

This withdrawal from BEGINNER DISCOMFORT ruins everything.

The truth behind the addiction-breaking protocol 🧵: Image
Most adults avoid new challenges entirely.

They'd rather stay competent in familiar areas than risk looking foolish.

This beginner resistance isn't about ego.

It's about a deeper psychological pattern that starts in childhood:
Adults often learn more slowly than children.

Not because of brain capacity, but because of emotional resistance.

Children embrace the learning process naturally.

Adults fight it because they've forgotten something crucial.:

Chasing perfection gets you fired.

Showing vulnerability gets you promoted.

Backwards? Absolutely.

But the data and elite leaders prove it works.

The best leaders I know all do ONE thing differently: 🧵 Image
Most leaders think they need to project perfection.

They hide mistakes and pretend to know everything.

This creates a dangerous dynamic in their organizations.

Here's what actually happens when leaders chase perfection:
Teams stop bringing forward problems early.

Innovation dies because people fear making mistakes.

Trust erodes when leaders can't admit they're human.

The most effective leaders do something completely different:
