Coconut oil is one of the best fat loss hacks ever.

It literally acts like "negative calories" and promotes fat loss and shrinks waistline just by consuming it.

The science here will shock you (🧵1/9):Image
The first study in humans noticing these effects of coconut oil was in 2009.

Women were put on the same diet and either 2 tbsp of:

ā—‡ Coconut oil

or

ā—‡ Soybean oil

for 3 months.

(2/9) Image
Coconut oil melted fat off the belly, no change in calories or exercise.

Simply adding coconut oil to the diet was shown to decrease waist circumference.

Soybean oil increased it.

(3/9) Image
The next study used even less coconut oil (1 tbsp) per day for 3 months.

Once again, everything was matched - diet, exercise, only the coconut oil was added.

(4/9) Image
Coconut oil alone resulted in weight loss and a drop in waist circumference.

It also improved blood pressure + increased HDL ("good cholesterol").

(5/9) Image
Another human trial showed similar benefits.

2 tbsp per day for just 4 weeks showed a drop in waist circumference of nearly 3 cm.

Coconut oil seems to target the fat around the waist specifically.

(6/9) Image
Animal studies show us the power of a coconut oil enriched diet.

Normally "high fat diets" which contain seed oils fatten up animals and make them sick.

But replacing a chunk of the fat with coconut oil makes them almost as lean as animals eating a low fat diet.

No change in calories.

(7/9)Image
Coconut oil also improved multiple metabolic parameters.

Compared to the animals eating the normal high fat diet, those having coconut oil had:

ā—‡ Better glucose metabolism
ā—‡ Better insulin sensitivity
ā—‡ Higher metabolisms

(8/9) Image
Image
The power of coconut oil lies in its medium chain fats.

These fats are able to bypass the regulatory step of a protein called CPT1, which normally slows down the burning of fat in the mitochondria.

Medium chain fats instead go right in with no resistance, meaning they easily get burned for energy and almost never get stored as fat.

It's important to note that not every study in humans has shown this benefit - but it's popped up enough in human + animal studies, and is corroborated mechanistically + anecdotally, to support its power.

Vitamin C megadosing can halt and even reverse late stage, "incurable" cancers.

Some of these results are absolutely stunning.

(🧵1/8)Image
The earliest studies on Vitamin C megadosing were done back in the 70s.

Patients with advanced cancer took 10g of IV vitamin C a day for 10 days,

then were maintained on 10g / day of oral vitamin C thereafter.

These cases will blow you away.

(2/8) Image
Here's one example of the power of high dose vitamin C.

This patient had advanced cancer which spread to his bones.

You can see in the X-Ray on the left (prior) how the bone was getting eaten up by the tumor.

After using vitamin C, the bone regenerated, and the patient reported clinical / biochemical remission for months.

BAKING SODA acts as a "magic bullet" in cancer: preventing, treating and supporting the body's ability to destroy it from all angles.

(🧵1/13)Image
Baking soda was able to reduce the migration of breast cancer cells to the lungs.

It also substantially improved survival, doubling the amount of animals who survived to 120 days post cancer.

It was able to do this by raising the pH of the tumor, reducing its acidity.

(2/13) Image
The green is a signal of cancer cell growth in the lung.

As you can see here, the animals treated with bicarbonate (baking soda) had nearly ZERO detectable cancer cells.

It inhibited metastasis, which is one of the key events that makes cancer incredibly lethal.

You don't just have to accept hair loss.

Here's 5 more tools that can help:

#1 RCP complex

This is a blend of nutrients and peptides that has stunning results in pattern baldness - even outperforming minoxidil here.

(🧵1/6)Image
The RCP complex contains:

Redensyl:

ā—‡ Dihydroquercetin Glucoside + Epigallocatechin Gallate glucoside - polyphenols "that target and stimulate fibroblasts in the outer root sheath stem cells and dermal papilla" through anti-inflammatory / antioxidant actions
ā—‡ Glycine - part of keratin
ā—‡ Zinc - vital for growth / proliferation of hair growing cells

Capixyl is a biomimetic peptide complex (stimulates laminin, collagen, anti-inflammatory) that is mixed with red clover extract

Procapil:

ā—‡ Oleanolic acid (extracted from olive leaves), which inhibits 5α1 and 5α2 reductase enzymes + anti-inflammatory
ā—‡ Apigenin (a flavonoid extracted from citrus peel) for vasodilation
ā—‡ Glycinehistidine-lysine peptides (GHK)
ā—‡ Biotinyl-GHK peptide

(2/6)Image
#2 Melatonin

Topical melatonin has been shown in multiple studies to benefit pattern hair loss.

Melatonin also has multiple actions that make it important for stimulating hair growth:

āž„ Powerful antioxidant
āž„ Upregulates Wnt/β-catenin pathway (master hair growth regulator)

RAW MILK protects against Alzheimer's and keeps the brain young, sharp and healthy, even in small amounts, recent research has shown.

(🧵1/7) Image
Studies have investigated the impact of a peptide mix called colostrinin on the brain.

Colostrinin is a fraction of the protein from colostrum, or first milk.

In this paper, it was used at :

āžœ 100 μg every other day
āžœ 3 weeks on then 2 weeks off
āžœ Total of 15 weeks
āžœ Patients with existing Alzheimer's

You'll get that much in a few sips of raw milk, even less of colostrum.

(2/7)Image
The milk peptides substantially slowed the rate of cognitive decline substantially.

While people taking placebo in phase 1 (first 15 weeks) had their Alzheimer's worsen by about 19%,

those taking colostrinin remained essentially the same.

High cholesterol probably makes you live longer, and might even prevent cancer.

This research gets ignored, but here's one example.

People in this study with LOW LDL cholesterol had a 4X increased risk of dying from stroke.

(🧵1/8)Image
High cholesterol was protective, even against heart disease.

People with "high" (>100) LDL had lower deaths from:

ā—‡ Any cause
ā—‡ Cardiovascular disease
ā—‡ Cancer

These people were followed for 23 years (median), one of the longest / best studies to date.

(2/8) Image
An older study here showed similar results.

People with high cholesterol survived substantially longer on average.

This was true, even for dying of a heart problem.

Wi-Fi radiation can have devastating consequences on testosterone and sperm health, as multiple studies have demonstrated.

(🧵1/7)Image
For example, here's one study examining the impact of just 2 hours of Wi-Fi radiation exposure.

The parameters were matched to meet most modern WiFi standards.

ā—‡ 2.45-GHz (frequency)
ā—‡ 64.776 mW (power output)
ā—‡ 0.029812 mW/cm² (power density)
ā—‡ 0.018 W/Kg (specific absorption rate, or how much radiation tissues actually absorb)

Keep in mind that both your Wi-Fi router AND your phone put out this type of radiation within these parameters.

(2/7)Image
Wi-Fi at just 2 hours a day ripped apart the structure of the seminiferous tubules, the main functional unit of the testicles.

The diameter of these tubules was smaller and the Leydig cells, which produce testosterone, were also degenerated.
