JCPA & CCDH’s Appendix outlines how they determined a post is antisemitic. Not only do they use Israel lobby data and definitions. These are some of the definitions they used for antisemitism from a who’s who of Israel lobby orgs:

Last year, a leaked document revealed CCDH was targeting Musk and Twitter to shut it down.
This report follows a similar pattern of reports published by other Israel NGOs like ADL, ISGAP, NCRI & Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) where they inflate, conflate and/or fabricated data to claim IHRA antisemitism & use it to censor speech
