1/Early Pandemic at a WHO/4SD briefing, I warned that if governments chose “let it rip” over simple public health measures, we’d face a tsunami of cardiovascular disease — including a wave of early-onset vascular dementia 1/
2/We were ignored. “Let it rip” became policy. FAFO: a new paper (2025) shows this surge is already happening — just five years in. What will 10 or 15 years look like?
3/ …and yet instead of sitting up and taking note of the now ~500,000 publications on Covid harms including the cumulatively risks of reifection and the fact the elusive “herd immunity” through infection has NOT been achieved….admitting we got it wrong and acting to put 3/
4/things right as best we can at this late stage …..by cleaning the indoor air, protecting our kids from a sea of reinfection insults on their brains through it their lifetimes, improving vaccines, investing in treatment trials, employing AIRBORNE IPC in our hospitals…4
5/education the public on the very real risks to long term health, testing and tracking and supporting those who are damaged ….weve got the opposite! Doubling down & denial,
Pretending this is “Just a cold” (NEWS FLASH: A cold doesn’t cost the global economy $1 trillion p.a) 5/
6/restricted vaccines, no funding for research treatment trials, still NO airborne IPC in hospitals - not even respirator masks in many!!! No clean indoor air to reduce COSHH, education campaigns pressuring sick infectious kids into school, being told not to test your kid - 6/
7/lets pretend it’s not Covid and send them to school to boost our attendance Numbers…except it’s not working bcif you send infectious kids into poorly ventilated classrooms of 30 breathing stale air for 6 hrs you are just going to infect the class- this is not rocket science 7/
8/& long Covid numbers, &🧠 injuries & ❤️ disease just continues to rise.
What is the block to actually acting to protect the health of the Public?? It can’t just be money - bc research also shows the cost of IPC measures is far cheaper than the cost of chronic sickness!! 8/
9/ for the love of God and humanity - please address the silent and growing 🐘 in the room! 🙏

On 4SD/WHO briefings back in 2022 & 2023 w/Sir David Nabarro (RIP 😢), we warned of the potential long term cardiovascular risks to children’s (& adults) health from Sars2. We begged for clean air/mitigations.Nada.Now read ⬇️😔1/
2/…..when are we going to start taking this seriously??? When are we going to understand that “mild acute symptoms” DOES NOT EQUAL “mild infection”??
The acute symptoms from an HIV infection are mild or even asymptomatic- would we ever call HIV mild???
Why are we refusing 2/
3/to recognize that Sars2/Covid19 is NOT a cold because it’s causing a huge and growing burden of long term subclinical organ systems damage? Especially to the immune system, cardiovascular system and brain/neurological systems? That it’s reactivating latent viruses & may 3/
“Long Covid *may* have surpassed asthma as the most common chronic health condition in children” in 2025….lets let that sink in for a moment……we’ve had FIVE YEARS to put in public health measures to protect our kids like clean air in schools and we’ve STILL NOT DONE it…..1/
2/…..no - officials claiming “we couldn’t possibly have foreseen this” do NOT get a free pass…..because this was foreseen and entirely predictable….and we raised these concerns back in 2022……..2/
“Among infants/toddlers 14% were classed as having long Covid, & 15% of pre-schoolers diagnosed w/long Covid”
Year 6 of Covid Pandemic with another global wave of Covid & STILL NO CLEAN AIR or Covid protections in schools & nurseries. WTH r we doing to our kids? 😭

Everything we predicted publicly multiple times at WHO briefings, WHN podcasts, international talks about covid harming kids 4 YEARS AGO - is coming true.
And we were ignored. Repeatedly by those in PH. Infact the head of UKHSA publicly stated kids had more chance of getting
Hit by a bus than catching or coming to harm from Covid - based on ZERO long term data or evidence other than “bc I say so”
14% of BABIES - babies!!!!
We now have 6 YEARS & 500,000 research publications of Covid long term cumulatively harms from repeated reinfections ……
@UKHSA So no more severe than the previous variants that have caused ~ 28 MILLION deaths in the post acute period and disabled an estimated 400 MILLION- phew 😅…..that’s reassuring - so I’m guessing Public Health are going to continue to fail to protect Public heath & just sit back 1/
@UKHSA 2/and watch thousands more become disabled during this COVID wave? So no plans to offer the public helpful PH messaging then? Or warn them of the risks?
Ok I’ll do it for you…
Dear Public, Covid is not over, not seasonal and not a cold. Covid doubles you risk of heart attack…
@UKHSA 3/..and stroke for at least 3 yrs after infection. It doubles the risk of heart disease and diabetes in children. It damages & dysregulates both innate & adaptive immune systems. SARS2 can hide inside monocytes, macrophages and foam cells. It damages blood vessels and causes …
