At the same time, Syria lost its position on the anti-Israel front and moved closer to the US and Israel, which is defined as “one of the greatest losses” of the axis.

It did not destroy Hams nor free its captives, but now, through the agreement, it is approaching achieving its objectives. Despite Israel's international isolation and legal persecution, the author underscores the absence of a clear victor.
