CJI: as a temporary measure, we propose to issue the following : (1) bursting of crackers allowed only from 18-21st october

CJI:(2) the patrol team shall conduct regular checks on the green cracker manufacturers, the QR codes of the green crackers be uploaded on the website

CJI: (3) there shall be no crackers allowed to NCR region from the outside region; (4) fake crackers if found, the licence will be suspended

CJI: the CPCB and the State PCB shall monitor the AQI from 18th October and file the report to this Court, sampling of the water also be done
