As an unceded Acadian Métis my heart was happy to see the Queen’s apology as a path to peace. Please rescind Terra Nullius and Doctrine of Discovery in good faith to allow both our histories to told fully and with joy. We are all here. We all survived. Let us proceed in peace.

The ceded and unceded people of North America need good leaders who are willing to advance and fund social & climate justice with tax justice. We want clean water to drink, fish or swim. We want safe air to breathe & equal rights and healthy communities.
Life saving laws were kept Provincial including health care, pollution laws, education, building codes and it didn’t apply to First Nations under federal jurisdiction. We need this gap closed. We need to rescind the Act of Settlement 1701 and dissolve the New England Company.
