Although that is the underlying structure, #Corruption enables some parts to flourish more than others - the #Corporations, who use the leverage of the #Lobby & the #LiveryCompanies to press home their financial advantage, thus this farrago has become neo-#Fascist.

The entire system is policed by the security agencies, through their networks in the #Establishment #Clubs, #Rotarians and the #RoundTable. And, of course, the #PoliceForces and the #ArmedForces.

This entire shit show is mirrored further down, with councillors, school governors, doctors, lawyers & librarians; smaller #Rotarian & #RoundTable clubs - also golf and tennis clubs.

The small business man or woman who successfully negotiates this system, must therefore perforce be corrupt as well, the builder or roofer who gets a contract from the school governor, the doctor who negotiates a deal with the local pharmacy, etc. #Access.

So ... IF we are to change this country, this entire network of privilege must be dismantled, a task at which even the mighty Hercules may have baulked.
This will not be achieved without main force, the Parliamentary route is entirely blocked.
