Kremlin agency funds foreign bloggers with Putin’s Presidential Foundation grants.

Alexandra Jost (“Sasha Meets Russia”) is among 35 bloggers managed by PR firm "Limitless".

She earned up to $2,000/month from sanctioned RT while denying payments — United24. 1/ Image
Putin’s Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives (PFKI) gave Limitless $325K for “The Caucasus Below Me” with bloggers like Jost.

In 2022, PFKI spent $3.6M on 29 projects glorifying Russia’s invasion and targeting occupied Ukrainian areas. 2/
Limitless describes itself as Russia's first agency working with "loyal foreign bloggers" to promote Russia as a "Land of Opportunity."

Italian musician Lorenzo Bagnati leads the network with 2.12 million YouTube followers, setting the template for other propagandists. 3/
Maria Dudko, 30, founded Limitless and manages the influencer network while maintaining minimal online presence (1,000 Telegram subscribers).

Dudko previously worked as assistant to State Duma Deputy Chairman and PR Service Head for a State Duma deputy. 4/
Dudko met Maria Butina, convicted in 2018 as a Russian foreign agent in the US, to discuss “cooperation with foreign bloggers.”

The project says it targets youth, noting public opinion now forms more on social media than in traditional media. 5/
Peruvian blogger Crystal Greek grew from 4K to 83K YouTube followers after Limitless arranged filming and event access.

Limitless also manages Iranian food blogger Romina Bagheri (3.3M TikTok), American Carlos Lopez (850K YouTube), German biker Sven Svenson (145K TikTok). 6/
PFKI-funded “Experts Club of the Russian Donbas” promoted claims of “Nazism in modern Ukraine” in occupied Kherson and Zaporizhzhia.

Propagandist Ruslan Ostashko, who got a PFKI grant for “Children of the Donbas,” became guardian of a child deported from Luhansk in 2023. 7/
Limitless handles filming and production across channels, meaning bloggers receive state-funded support for fame in exchange for content softening Russia's image as mischaracterized by "Western propaganda.” 8X

Russian state TV turned Trump’s call with Putin into a weeklong circus of mockery and propaganda.

On-air panels called it “Putin’s bait” and joked “Zelenskyy is the week’s main loser.” Hosts claimed Trump followed Russian script to lure Zelenskyy into surrender - Daily Beast. 1/ Image
On 60 Minutes, host Yevgeny Popov compared Trump’s Tomahawk offer to “a carrot for a donkey,” mocking how Trump “teased Zelenskyy and then flipped the board.”

Correspondent Valentin Bogdanov said the missile story was just a trap for Zelenskyy to sign surrender papers. 2/
On One’s Own Truth, pundits said “the pendulum swung back” and Trump was “Putin’s man again.”

American commentator Michael Bohm told viewers that Putin “leads Trump by the nose,” while Moscow analysts called the Budapest meeting a staged show for cameras. 3/

Savage drone warfare now defines Ukraine’s eastern front.

Near Kostiantynivka, drones hunt each other over trenches while artillery shakes the ground below, reports The Economist.

1/ Image
Ukrainian pilot Timon watched his $13,000 Vampire drone “Antoshka” — destroyed by a Russian quadcopter after 20 missions in just three days.

Within 40 minutes, his team had another in the air.

The 44th Mechanised Brigade holds the line near Kostiantynivka — a town Russia tried and failed to seize this summer.

After months of assaults, Russian troops gained meters, not cities, leaving thousands of their soldiers dead in open fields.

FT: 30 donors and companies gave Trump over $116M — then got something back. Pardons. Dropped SEC cases. Policy wins.

Most of the money — $92M — came after he won in 2024, even though he can’t run again. 1/ Image
Crypto firms topped the list. Winklevoss twins donated $3M; weeks later, the SEC closed its probe into Gemini.

Andreessen Horowitz and Coinbase saw cases withdrawn after giving $14M. ’s $10M donation preceded its own SEC reprieve. 2/Crypto.com
Trevor Milton, Nikola founder, gave $920K to Trump’s PAC in Oct 2024. In March, Trump pardoned him; by September, the SEC dropped its case.

Elizabeth Fago donated $1M; her son, jailed for tax fraud, was pardoned weeks later. 3/

UK Def. Sec. Healey: This year we'll provide the highest level of military aid to Ukraine — £4.5 billion.

We've taken over leadership of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group with Germany and raised pledges of over £50 billion in military help to Ukraine. 1/
Healey: Within weeks, we will start to produce jointly with Ukraine, in the UK, Ukrainian Octopus interceptor drones.

Within months, we will establish the UK Drone Centre and double investment into drones and autonomous systems to over £4 billion. 2/
Healey: Here in Europe we are ready to lead the work to secure peace in the long term.

“I want to build a home, have kids, a dog, and a little helicopter to fly for joy,” says Army Aviation pilot Yevhen Solovyov, Hero of Ukraine — who flew missions to Azovstal and Snake Island, his story was reported by Ukrainska Pravda.

1/ Image
Yevhen Solovyov, 35, serves in Ukraine’s Army Aviation. He’s a Hero of Ukraine and UN peacekeeper veteran (Congo, Liberia).

When the full-scale invasion began, he flew the impossible — supply runs to Azovstal and combat sorties around Snake Island.

2/
Ukrainian crews still fly 1960s Mi-8s — transport helicopters turned into attack aircraft. There’s no modern protection or radar ID.

Crews improvise, using cabration firing instead of “book” methods, adapting every move to survive real combat.

Trump administration prepares to attack Soros.

WSJ: The U.S. Department of Justice IRS plan to investigate George and Alex Soros’s Open Society Foundations.

Alex Soros plans to give out $1.4 billion (the largest in history).

1/ Image
The IRS is drafting new rules to make it easier to open criminal cases against nonprofits.
The initiative comes from an adviser to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent — who once managed Soros’s hedge fund.
2/
Open Society lawyers are preparing legal defenses and warn the new rules could be used to freeze accounts of major Democratic donors before the 2026 elections.
The DOJ memo cites reports linking Soros grants to protest groups.
