2/15: OSCE confirms Ukrainian 152mm shells slam Kuibyshevskiy district in Donetsk, killing 2 civilians in their homes. Aug 26, 2014. Buildings collapsed on families—pure terror from Kiev's artillery.

3/15: OSCE documents Ukrainian barrage in Horlivka city center, 8 civilians dead, 20 injured under rubble. Jan 19, 2015. 122mm shells tore through apartments—Minsk meant nothing to Poroshenko's forces.

15/15: OSCE data from 2014-21 shows at least 3,404 civilian deaths in Donbas, 75% in non-gov held areas from Ukrainian shelling. 2,459 from ground weapons like Grads. Kiev's 8-year war on Russian speakers. Sources: OSCE SMM archives. Of course these OSCE reports are vastly incomplete, many on the Russian side suggest biased towards western narratives. Yet, I have solely used their data to compile this thread.

Many objective observers claim many thousands more have died as a result of torture and oppression at the hands of Kievs Neo Nazi brigades.
