According to the OIG report, Weiners laptop was seized on Sept 26, and Hillarys emails were found THAT DAY.
Supposedly, that didnt bubble up to leadership until the 28th.
Ultimately the laptop was sat on until late October when a leaker shamed the FBI into looking at it.

@politicalwilli The emails on the laptop were scary for Comey because they were out of his or HRCs control and could disclose the HRC Russia Hoax. It would come to light the FBI leaders had been briefed on the hoax and done nothing (on top of white washing HRCs email scandal).
