Dumb theory will likely be debunked by morning and hinges on:
-Mitch not being Stefan Halper
- The Weiner laptop being seized earlier that day in NYC (which is a fact)
- 7th floor being tipped off HRC emails found on laptop
- panic meeting being called to discuss implications
1/ Image According to the OIG report, Weiners laptop was seized on Sept 26, and Hillarys emails were found THAT DAY.
Supposedly, that didnt bubble up to leadership until the 28th.
Ultimately the laptop was sat on until late October when a leaker shamed the FBI into looking at it.

The Biden document search is starting to make sense- Mark Zwonitzer was Bidens ghost writer in 2017 for his book 'Promise Me, Dad' discussing Bidens role in Ukraine.
In the book, Biden notes Michael Carpenter was 'keeping the watch' over Ukraine. After Biden left office, 1/2 <cont> Carpenter went to work at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement as managing director, where the other set of classified documents was found. Carpenter, of course, is a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council. 2/2
