๐Ÿงต๐Ÿšจ MAJOR BREAKING: International actors are involved in the State Department led color revolution ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ

This is not speculation; itโ€™s straight from a recorded call.

Ex-USAID employees describe how, before January 20, they moved internal groups off government systems and into encrypted Signal chats, then quickly linked with foreign partners and NGOs after the inauguration. This attempt at creating a color revolution isn't new news; this part was already reported in NOTUS earlier this year.

But what's not reported is the international aspect. One participant explicitly frames it as "a global anti-authoritarian movement," connecting U.S. officials with "colleagues from around the world who have dealt with this directly."

They reference coordination with Johns Hopkins, "international democracy and conflict mitigation spaces," and efforts to mobilize across borders against what they perceive as domestic authoritarianism.

At what point does this become treason?

As always, patience as I pull together this thread.

Note at the end of the video, the "we" in reference to organizing the February 5th protests - that was organized by Soros-backed groups 50501 and Indivisible. This is the first solid link I've found connecting the No Kings movement, State Department, and Soros together.
Ro Tucci herself goes onto talk about bringing in international actors to assist with the color revolution. Their role is going to be "mobilizing around corruption" ... what does that mean?
They justify the international aspect by claiming that the authoritarians are already globally networked.
. @SenTomCotton , @LindseyGrahamSC , @joniernst , @DanSullivan_AK - you are in the International Republican Institute. Are you aware of this effort?
@SenTomCotton @LindseyGrahamSC @joniernst @DanSullivan_AK Lest you think it is harmless, they outright admit their goal is to create new "socio-political economic governance systems."

If that's not a coup, I don't know what is.
@SenTomCotton @LindseyGrahamSC @joniernst @DanSullivan_AK In partnership with @iamlisalogan and @SKDoubleDub33 - here's a thread from last night outlining what these new governance systems look like - national servitude, mass censorship, bottom-up transformation of elections:
@SenTomCotton @LindseyGrahamSC @joniernst @DanSullivan_AK @iamlisalogan @SKDoubleDub33 And this is the origin story thread - how this started with the billionaire network of Soros, Koch, Ford, Rockefeller, and more, and how Charlie Kirk became an existential threat to them:
@SenTomCotton @LindseyGrahamSC @joniernst @DanSullivan_AK @iamlisalogan @SKDoubleDub33 This is their core ecosystem. I did not build this map. Most dots represent a separate NGO. And this is only a partial list and does not include actors such as DemAID.
@SenTomCotton @LindseyGrahamSC @joniernst @DanSullivan_AK @iamlisalogan @SKDoubleDub33 Yes, why are we financing our own coup?
@SenTomCotton @LindseyGrahamSC @joniernst @DanSullivan_AK @iamlisalogan @SKDoubleDub33 The entire purpose of this is to eliminate populists from public discourse and make sure Trump never happens again. This excerpt is from Eric Liu's book, who along with Rockefeller President Stephen Heintz architected One Common Purpose. Image

@SenTomCotton @LindseyGrahamSC @joniernst @DanSullivan_AK @iamlisalogan @SKDoubleDub33 This is it.
This is the grand master conspiracy you've been sensing, but couldn't find.
It's a supranational network of "democracy" technocrats flush with countless billions and hundreds of thousands of full time employees.
Their real target is you. Image
I don't think I emphasized this enough - the first video mentions that USAID's Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI).

USAIDโ€™s Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) is not a domestic civic-engagement bureau. They operate under Section 491 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to stabilize other nations in crisis - think Ukraine. @HarmeetKDhillon and @EagleEdMartin may want to see if this prohibits them from operating under domestic civic engagement.Image

Image
@SenTomCotton @LindseyGrahamSC @joniernst @DanSullivan_AK @iamlisalogan @SKDoubleDub33 Hard to appreciate the scale of this effort. Every blue dot is a NGO. Image

I encourage you to watch this video to the end to understand just what a massive effort this is. This is the master plan being laid out -- reinventing US governance from the bottom up.

The man speaking in this video, Stephen Heintz, is the architect and is the president of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. He is also part of the New Pluralists, who @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan exposed as being directly linked to the color revolution involved ex-USAID employees.
Here's their website - they are in full alignment with supranational socialism. What they don't mention is the many technocratic institutions involved (Rockefeller, Ford) and the early involvement of Soros. Image

๐Ÿงต๐Ÿšจ MAJOR BREAKING: Inside The New Pluralists: how billionaires weaponized the Biden Administration, targeted Charlie Kirk, and are quietly financing Americaโ€™s color revolution ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ

In 2017, a quiet meeting brought representatives of Soros, Koch, Rockefeller, and Ford foundations together for one purpose: to rethink how philanthropy influences politics.

Out of that meeting came the โ€œNew Pluralists,โ€ a coalition that would go on to shape the Biden White Houseโ€™s United We Stand summit, fund censorship-adjacent projects, and eventually intersect with investigations into Turning Point USA ... and the color revolution that's brewing in the United States now.

Thanks to @iamlisalogan and @skdoubledub33 for the research.

As always, patience as I pull together the thread in real time. ๐Ÿ‘‡
Our story starts in mid-2017, Mark Gerzon, president and founder of the Mediators Foundation, began organizing a private meeting of major political funders. Scheduled for November on the East Coast, the gathering was to include representatives of both the Soros and Koch families, along with about twenty other donors from across the political spectrum. Gerzon described them as people on the left and right who were disillusioned with how their money was influencing politics and wanted to explore new ways to use their wealth more effectively.
If youโ€™re unfamiliar with Mark Gerzon, he has an extensive background in international diplomacy. He has served as a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), worked with the Carnegie Council, and was a distinguished fellow at the EastWest Institute, where he facilitated dialogues between the Chinese Communist Party and members of both the Republican and Democratic parties.Image

This is from a website put together by Democracy Funders Network, which is ran by the Pritzker family.

According to the website, the total "democracy" NGO ecosystem revenue is 33 billion *annually* with more than 200,000 staff.

22% of that funding comes from government grants.

Thanks for @SKDoubleDub33 for finding the site.Image

I just came across this in an Open Society Foundations document about how to fix public โ€œmistrustโ€ of liberal "democracy," and I honestly feel sick reading it. I've read many alarming quotes, but few are so "mask off" like this.

"I believe the time has come for a responsible, courageous elite, those who care far more about addressing the genuine social problems than about election results. Only a political elite with vision, prudence and a focus on the general goodโ€”to whom the electorateโ€ฆ can cede part of their sovereignty in the electionsโ€”will be able to justify public trust and spearhead... our struggle to survive.""

Read that again. The proposed solution to the public's distrust in democracy... is less democracy.
An unelected "elite" to whom the public should cede sovereignty.

Abolish democracy to save democracy. This kind of thinking is what we're up against.Image

To make it even more insane, she doesn't follow it up with, "yeah, I know, this sounds dystopian, hear me out..."

she follows it up with "I can already imagine the reactions of many: this is a naive utopia, it is impossible in this day and age."

Utopia. It's utopia to her and her audience.
This woman is not a raving Soros rando. She has been decorated with the highest civilian honors in multiple countries - Italy, France, Germany, Council of Europe for her democracy work. She is an expert on "basic principles of human rights, democracy and the rule of law." Image

๐Ÿ”น In college, Barack Obama helped co-found a local chapter of CISPES (Committee in Solidarity with the People of El Salvador), a U.S. group that supported the FMLN, a Marxist guerrilla front fighting the U.S.-backed Salvadoran government.

๐Ÿ”น CISPES often worked alongside the Nicaragua Network, which championed the Sandinista revolution in Nicaragua. (U.S. intelligence later confirmed that the Sandinistas supplied El Salvadorโ€™s rebels with weapons and training.)

๐Ÿ”น As the solidarity scene matured:

โ€ข 1985: Nicaragua Network + Detroit CISPES โžก๏ธ merge โ†’ CASC (Central America Solidarity Committee)
โ€ข 1993: CASC + MICAH โžก๏ธ merge โ†’ OSCA (Organization in Solidarity with Central America)
โ€ข 1998: Former Nicaragua Network activists incorporate the Alliance for Global Justice (AFGJ), folding their old network inside as a project.

Today AFGJ still operates as a left-wing umbrella group ... the same lineage that began with 1980s โ€œsolidarityโ€ campaigns.

So yesโ€ฆ the activist ecosystem that once rallied for Marxist guerrillas in Central America evolved, merged, and rebranded, and figures like Obama (via early CISPES work) and later Bill Ayers (through AFGJ-linked circles) both trace lines back into that same network.Image

CISPES (of which Obama founded a local chapter, according to David Garrow) was found to have furnished funds to Marxist rebels in El Salvador, in possible violation of the Firearms Control Act.

They also met with FMLN, potentially violating FARA.

The report goes onto detail other allegations that weren't substantiated, such as CISPES taking direction from foreign governments on when and where to demonstrate.Image
I found a declassified CIA document that states that Farid Handal, brother of the Salvadoran Communist leader, traveled to meet with representatives of Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) to create these solidarity networks in the USA -- including CISPES. Image
