5) If full benefits were given, 35% must now be returned to USDA. If those already went out to people, those people must come up with that cash to pay back USDA if they already bought food with it. And if they don’t? They’ll lose eligibility. But what’s more next⬇️
6) If the states fail to do this, SNAP will be cut off for those states AND they will still have to pay back the money. So as you see here, the Trump administration has weaponized hunger and is using it as a weapon. And what is that tactic called? Let’s see that next⬇️

10) Here is the Trump tweet. Coming from the president himself, this proves intent. He says food aid will be cut off until his conditions are met. Thus also proving he’s using hunger/food as a weapon. Therefore, it technically constitutes a crime against humanity. And⬇️
11) Here’s the portion of the USDA memo that also proves intent. If states do not comply with cutting off food aid, food aid will be cancelled altogether and cut off forever. There’s one more example next⬇️
12) This also proves intent. That the Trump admin has stubbornly lobbied to withhold food aid despite court orders not to do so also proves intent. Therefore, it is clear: the Trump administration is committing crimes against humanity.
