The attached article and video reveal a true threat to Canadian sovereignty and the Canadian poultry industry.

An American grocery/gas station billionaire, whose funds are keeping Canadian poultry out of the American market & other foreign markets because of bird flu infection risks, has been donating to the legal challenge against the federal govt’s authority to regulate.

Let it sink in. All the way.

An American billionaire is funding an effort to remove the legal authority of a sovereign nation, using its own court system.

He also says we are “all Americans”. Presumably is a reference to 51st state ambitions.

Yep he donates to Trump.

This is what happens when threats to Canadian sovereignty are minimized.

This is what happens when we refuse to see reality as it exists instead of what we expect reality to be. If you are using your liberal democracy frames of reference you won’t see this as a threat.

And therein lies the problem.

If you see the ostrich cull incident as limited to food inspection, or just a bunch of “ditch-billies” crying spilled milk over one farm, you’re providing cover for a real threat to Canadian sovereignty.

We cannot afford to let our guard down.

Most Canadians didn’t bother to pay attention to the ostrich fiasco. Me included. Why would we? The average citizen is aware of the legal authority paradigm of governing party, policy & authority to regulate.

But now it’s come to light there was foreign donations for lawyers.

The challenge to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency was farcical. Of course the Supreme Court should refuse to hear the case. The premise of rogue BC ostrich farmers suing to remove and/or direct the ability of govt officials to regulate public health and food safety is ABSURD.

It was a waste of the court’s time & is a negative financial impact on Canadian poultry farmers whose product has been restricted from being sold in multiple jurisdictions because of risks of transmitting bird flu. That’s $ millions in financial losses because of this court case.

Now take in the full impact of this situation; a US billionaire Trump supporter chose to fund an obscure Canadian family farm to challenge the legal authority of the Canada Food Inspection Agency to regulate food and human safety. Based on pseudoscience falsehoods. WTF?!😳

Months of legal challenges have spawned disinformation based on fallacious nonsensical claims making many believe these birds hold some miracle cure for bird flu & even Covid. FFS! 🤦🏻‍♀️

They don’t. No more than horse dewormer cured Covid. This is pseudoscience in play.

The billionaire also mentions the services of the US FDA and the US CDC (R. Kennedy jr) offered to provide assistance to test the birds for antibodies that could be studied. There are no reputable experts who believe that bullshit claim. Just multiple victims of disinformation.

Who are the victims? Many are unsophisticated family farmers, just trying to eke out a living. Most are fundamentalist Christians who have been taught to have huge skepticism for govt and told they must fight to preserve democracy from liberals.

I mean why would a billionaire help them? A billionaire from the US East Coast who is on the US Fortune 400 list.

Surely a billionaire doesn’t waste money funding court petitions on false slights in a foreign nation that has little to do with his primary business interests? 🤔

Is this part of the $500 million in funds Dennis Modry made reference to a while back?

Or is this effort in addition to those funds? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Why is some rando billionaire funding a family farm to oppose culling birds who have been exposed to bird flu?

We know it’s the intent of Dennis Modry and his co-conspirators seeking to break up Canada. There is a recording that @TheBreakdownAB published in July 2025.

Which community would be best to manipulate to perform such seditious behaviour?

@TheBreakdownAB Is that the primary reason for this billionaire’s intervention? Is this criminal sedition of farm owners working in conjunction with a foreign billionaire (proxy for Trump Administration) to destabilize the Canadian economy before annexation?🤷🏻‍♀️

Now let’s look at the past to determine if there is any precedent.

The trucker convoy, is a similar issue. Through disinformation and propaganda, a large number of vulnerable Canadians became convinced that Covid was fake.

Hospitals were overwhelmed, about 10 million people died worldwide, mainstream media covered the issue and documented the deaths.

But closed and unsophisticated communities of fundamentalist Christians refused to believe that public health professionals had expertise.

Thousands of Canadians refused to keep personal distance, mask up during group activities and eventually revolted against federal and foreign policy to be vaccinated to cross borders. They then organized a cross Canada trucker protest and held Ottawa under siege until removed.

After a public inquiry, public reports along with top secret reports, it was determined by the POEC Hogue commission that the protest was actually an attempt to unseat a newly elected govt to force a policy change.

It also served as the current LOO’s leadership announcement.

But the most interesting events from the 2022 convoy occupation of Ottawa was the amount of foreign funds, mostly from the US Christian nationalist movement, which funded that coup attempt. More money came from the US than Canadians in a matter of a couple days.

Weird huh?!

So now we have a US immigrant American billionaire, who happens to live on the East Coast funding an obscure family farm in BC that failed to report their ostrich flock contracted bird flu and fought for months to prevent a cull of the birds by CFIA by order of legal regulation.

Just a coincidence?

No.

Funding is a planned event & this registers as a foreign funded attack on multiple Canadian institutions:

•The Canadian Food Inspection Agency
•The 3rd branch of Canadian govt - Judiciary
•Canadian sovereignty
•Canadian scientists & researchers

If that’s not bad enough, we have known troublemakers linked to American J6 coup architects calling for condemnation of the RCMP, Director of CFIA and denouncing every Supreme Court of Canada’s justices.

Wasn’t this guy arrested for inciting the Coutts mob to keep the blockade?

Last time people thought I didn’t know what I was talking about.

This time I hope the public is receptive.

The ostrich farmers are not just a bunch of fringy cranks.

Canadians are in trouble. Our institutions are being systematically attacked by a foreign billionaire.

This is how our nation is being attacked, again.

It’s not the first time and there is an improved manipulation weapon (X) being used to keep people enraged, terrified of govt tyranny & prompted to consider using violence to win control of federal power.

So when I see medical professionals turning a blind eye to the fundamentalist Christian community almost singly responsible for reintroducing measles, while billionaires are funding legal challenges to federal and public health regulatory authority, I get worried.

Ditto when it’s mainstream media, political pundits and an assortment of narrow interest academics who make light of this situation while demeaning the communities being exploited to cause chaos.

You cannot use old frameworks to interpret facts. Our nation is under attack.

Take your head out of the sand. The ostrich fiasco is a back door attempt at another coup.

This is how governments fall. Too many people consider the attempt to overthrow a govt an idea too crazy and too ridiculous in which to pay attention.
