Washington publicly assists Moscow in its attempt to transform a UN member from a sovereign nation-state into an indeterminate rump territory.

Moscow, Beijing & Washington are now jointly destroying the Ukrainian nation.

They punish Ukraine for its trust in these worldwide agreements.

@UN The special rights of Russia, China & the US within the UN & NPT help them to jointly dismantle Ukraine - once the third largest nuclear-armed state that gave voluntarily up its nuclear arsenal & received, from the three superpowers, written security assurances/guarantees.

PS: Also note that Russia typically does not implement agreements signed with independent former Soviet republics. It promised to withdraw its troops in agreements with Moldova in 1994, Georgia in 2008, & Ukraine in 2014/2015.

Moscow never did & probably never intended to do so.
