1/THREAD: The madness continues in Fulton County (FCBRE), this time with the law firm Kirkpatrick, Townsend, and Stockton. They told Harmeet Dhillon’s (DO to pound sand re:her request for Fulton County 2020 election records. Small problem:
2/They do not represent FCBRE. They WERE hired by Sherri Allen and the elections director ONLY with GA tax dollars. This firm just happens to be Charlene McGowan’s former law firm. McGowan is Gen. Counsel to GASOS. She has stonewalled everything. WHY is this firm sending letters?
3/Here is the November 14 letter Kirkpatrick et al sent to Dhillon telling the DOJ to pound sand. I repeat, this law firm is pretending to represent the FCBRE. Fulton BRE never voted to hire them, so why is this law firm responding?

5/The latest letter and all letters prior refuse to allow the State Board to inspect election materials for the reasons below. All bullshit. Remember, these are public records, owned by taxpayers of GA.
6/ This is the law requiring access to ballots.
7/Here is the statute requiring the records to be provided to the Clerk of the Superior Court. There is no court order needed to provide these records, to be clear.

13/ Here is the letter from Kirkland law firm telling the SEB to pound sand on Oct. 22, 2025
14/Here is the letter from the Office of the County Attny to the SEB also telling them to pound sand. They say that records under seal require a court order. NOPE. See above. They also ask why the SEB is seeking to “relitigate stale issues regarding 2020 election.” Stale??
15/Oct. 21, 2025 Insulting to so many who have worked so hard to provide the receipts.
16/By the way, McBurney said the seal doesn’t affect the Board’s ability to access or inspect the records. The whole thing is ridiculous. If Fulton County has nothing to hide, why not hand over the records? Fulton County is ignoring both the SEB and the DOJ. WHY!?
17/Does @HarmeetKDhillon at the @DOJCivil know that this law firm doesn’t represent FCBRE? What is the DOJ doing about this? Why write the letter if nothing is being enforced. I think Harmeet means business but what is the DOJ going to do about this??
