I am so heartbroken. It's almost too much to bear to witness how abused these J6 defendants are. Most did nothing more than assert their right to speak, to protest. And yet I'll bet you most Americans have no idea how much misery our government has caused. I have interviewed many and stayed in touch with most. Today I sent a text message to one who is still awaiting trial. He served years in military with unblemished record. Bright, kind, good man. I could tell from his replies he wasn't doing well.

I've said it many times. I think Trump should acknowledge the vaccines are harming people. He makes terrible personnel choices in many cases-but he's still my top choice for many reasons. I was in a Twitter space ridiculously late last night. Frankly, was in bed with airpods trying not to disturb my husband's sleep. It was a fantastic space on many topics, including Liz Harris expulsion. We may have run out of time here. This administration starting with Obama is dismantling everything that is good. Nothing is untouched. Who does this to a perfectly good country. The only way to clean up this manure is to get active locally, stop watching news, vote for badasses. And we can't sit on our laurels. Took decades to get here. This is a marathon not a sprint. All hands on deck for the long haul. If Trump runs and is elected, we better stop idolizing him and hold his feet to the fire. It helps no one to put him on a pedestal.
