"Optics and Influence More Important than Safety and Security In Advance of January 6 Protests: House Oversight Final Report" This is a well-sourced article but X won't embed links...An important link to my Substack column is at the end. Please share! THREAD/1Image 2/The House Oversight Subcommittee’s final interim report on the Capitol protests reveals that there was “no single cause for what happened at the U.S. Capitol on January 6.” According to the December 17, 2024 report, "optics" and "political influence" played a significant role in security decisions for an event where it was well-known that millions might show up to protest the 2020 Electoral College count 2/

The letter below, sent to Trump by my friend AJ whom I have gotten to know over the past few years, is a factual reminder of what really happened on J6. I have written several articles on the Capitol protests, one that touches on the police action that day, another that compares J6 to the Lafayette Square riots and why they are comparable and how differently the protesters were treated by the courts and our DOJ, and another on what I think can be understood fairly accurately as planned chaos on J6. Meaning, the actions by politicians and law enforcement leading up to that day were not ones that are normal for events like that one. Normally an NSSE is called to coordinate all IC and LEOs to prevent riots etc. I have written many other articles on J6 but these three are among the most important and have gotten very little attention that matters. You gotta ask yourself why such important, factual information would not be shared or given the attention it deserves. I also helped get out "J6:A True Timeline," one of the most factual, apolitical documentaries on the initial breach and ensuing abuses by Capitol and Metro DC police. These stories are equally important to the ones Julie Kelly has put out. My work on J6 is on Congressional record and is footnoted in multiple letters from Congress. However, most Americans have no clue about what is on the record or in a letter to the DOJ. I am asking you to share these stories widely. My stories support what AJ is alleging in his letter, are straightforward and easy to digest. When Bannon says that few truly understand why J6 is so important, he is correct. It was a turning point in our country because our DOJ was weaponized against innocents OR justice was not carried out properly. Julie has reported extensively on this. I have told you how it fits together and I have brought you the human side. Julie isn't the only one who covered this stuff. We all play a part. Some of my stories below 1/ uncoverdc.com/2023/09/28/j6-…

Making this very clear. I have always seen Trump, for all his flaws, as the man who rose to the occasion yesterday. For me, his love of country, of the working class, of the beauty of our values, his love for his family has ALWAYS been so apparent to me So his reaction yesterday was no surprise to me and as such, didn't change how I see him. I've always seen the character of this man. Yes, I also see his NYC attitude, his womanizing in early years, his putative turns of phrase. But he has always

Thread 🚨: 1/Just wrote this column for @UncoverDC about the conditions at SFF Hazelton, a federal women's prison in W. Virginia. The letters reveal horrible conditions but the worst reports concern sexual abuse of women by transgender females, who are biological males. ➡️uncoverdc.com/2024/07/09/sff… 2/I correspond with the women at Hazelton because I know one of them. She is a #J6 defendant. There are two J6 defendants at this facility. The one I know recruited 8 other women to write letters to me. I also write to other J6ers at other prisons. Let's talk about what is going on in our prisons, specifically women's prisons.

Thread on J6 Prisoners:
1/15 Welp, folks, the time is right with the SCOTUS decision so I am going to write a couple of articles on the prison system and the letters I am getting. I correspond with several j6 prisoners regularly. 2 One of my penpals is K. Joe Thomas. He is in Memphis. He has no business being incarcerated for 5 years. Joe is a very faithful man. Has had a rough life. He is the one who started .Sing4freedom.us

🧵🧵🧵1/Thread on Debra Birx, based on my reading of Scott Atlas book, "A Plague Upon Our House". An insider's look at how badly Trump was betrayed by his advisors. Birx was the LOCKDOWN Queen. She should never be allowed within 100 yards of a government office anywhere. Article I wrote here: 2/Atlas was one of Trump's best hires. And yet, despite his best efforts, he was largely ignored, stonewalled, and had a difficult time getting through to Trump on important pandemic policies that were outside government narratives and propaganda at the time. Yes, propaganda.

🧵🚨🧵1/Thread on Hunter Biden's addictions, many of which turned into actual crimes most others would be in prison for. It is also the story of Joe who fails to this day to hold his son accountable. Why? B/c it reflects so poorly on Joe, & to admit the addiction would be to admit the crimes.Image 2/Source and my column from @UncoverDC here Hunter's Sex and Drug-Related Crimes.bidenreport.com/#p=1

26/Biden Crime family CONTINUED. Ran out of thread space. Joe's brother James has also benefited greatly from Joe's station in the world. According to the Oversight Committee, a significant date was March 1, 2018. James Biden wrote a $200,000 personal check to Joe Biden for a loan repayment on that date. Where did those funds come from? According to the Oversight Committee Report 27/"In 2018, James Biden received $600,000 in loans from Americore—a financially distressed and failing rural hospital operator. According to bankruptcy court documents, James Biden received these loans "based upon representations that his last name, 'Biden,' could 'open doors' and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections. On Mar. 1, 2018, Americore wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sara Biden's personal bank account—not their business bank account."

702: wrote a column on what happened yesterday. Out tomorrow. I hope it clears up some of the confusion over why some Rs voted for the resolution and others did not. Bottom line, freedom caucus members don't feel HR 7320 goes far enough And Massie's proposal to to a resolution on floor to vote on amendment that addresses warranties searches of Americans' data was going to fail anyway if you asked people like Chip Roy or MTG.

1./12Thread on TikTok bill because this is an important issue: I have read the bill and listened/read as many viewpoints as I can. I am no fan of China but here is why I think the Senate should vote "no". A, this thing popped up out of the blue. 2/12 I think Massie has some of the best reasons for a no vote. The inconvenient fact is that our govt. and state department do not like other entities controlling algorithms on social media. The govt doesn't control TikTok algos. Massie reasons here.

100,OOO percent this. Just received email from a J6er at Fort Dix. Read what he says after commenting on a sham inspection of the prison by bureaucrats. THREAD👇🏼His name: Pat Stedman. He's a relationship coach. My son knows him. 🚨🚨 1/18"Only caring about appearances works, at least for a little while. You can fool people, especially if they don't know any differently. Our systems, for instance, have been coasting on reputations established by prior generations."

I am so heartbroken. It's almost too much to bear to witness how abused these J6 defendants are. Most did nothing more than assert their right to speak, to protest. And yet I'll bet you most Americans have no idea how much misery our government has caused. I have interviewed many and stayed in touch with most. Today I sent a text message to one who is still awaiting trial. He served years in military with unblemished record. Bright, kind, good man. I could tell from his replies he wasn't doing well.

I've said it many times. I think Trump should acknowledge the vaccines are harming people. He makes terrible personnel choices in many cases-but he's still my top choice for many reasons. He is undeterred, for one. It's the same part of his personality that Is indomitable that pushed warp speed, imo. None of these people are perfect. But if Vivek or DeSantis were to be on ticket, I'd vote for them. Im not going to cut off my nose to spite my face. We need a majority.

Kennedy space- the fact that Tulsi and Kennedy believe China does not want to go to war with us tells me everything. They are right that they don't want to get into a kinetic war. BUT they would if they had to and they don't have to read this: uncoverdc.com/2023/04/19/in-… The threat from China is not kinetic for the moment, but they are developing their weapons programs. The issue is that China does not fight the way we do. Look at the pandemic. They allowed a biological weapon to escape

THREAD: 1/What's on my mind. Anyone who has followed me for any length of time knows what I felt about the "pandemic" from the very beginning—certainly by mid-march 2020. None of this is 'hindsight' so don't even try. 2/Having said that, this ain't about me or my insights at the time. It is about Scott Atlas' book on his time at the White House starting end of July 2020. I bought the book months ago but have put off reading it because I knew it would dredge up my anger over the pandemic.

Americans in Sudan are still being told to shelter in place by the U.S. Embassy in Khartoum. Apparently, the situation is extremely volatile with "reports of assaults, home invasions, and looting," according to a pinned Tweet posted by the U.S. Embassy on Saturday, the Embassy operations have been suspended and embassy officials and their families have been evacuated.2/24
