The #USA still seems to use all its powers to change regimes that don't sync with its vision. The #CIA is its extended arm to leverage the DeepState lobbyists of (Arms, Pharma, Oil & Social media), to carry out the mission.
Today, regime change rarely looks like

old-school coups. Instead, it is a multi-layered influence architecture combining diplomacy, economics, cyber, information, and internal political fractures.

THE MODERN REGIME-CHANGE FRAMEWORK consists of: Narrative Warfare (Information & Media Ecosystem)

This is the first and most powerful weapon that includes International media framing, Investigative reports, Leak amplification, Human-rights narratives, Social-media virality push & Think-tank reports.

No one forgets the media hype & the #toolkis in India using the hyped

false narratives on #raffle or #ShaheenBagh or #FarmersProtest or #Adani-Modi or #hindenburg report that significantly impacted the perception of the Govt systems & alleged stock manipulation and accounting fraud within the Adani Group, mainly discredit #PMNarendraModi .

Discrediting the foreign leader as “corrupt,” “dictator,” “abusive,” or “threatening stability” is the standard tactics of CIA & its tool kits 

This not only Creates a global and domestic perception that the leader is illegitimate or dangerous but public opinion becomes

softened for stronger intervention steps.

ECONOMIC PRESSURE (The real choke point) is applied once the narrative sets, economic levers hit.
Then tactics like Sanctions (financial, travel, trade, technology), Blocking foreign investment, Restricting SWIFT or financial clearing,

or Arms-sale embargoes, Freezing sovereign wealth accounts,Pressuring global firms to divest are appliedvto create economic distress, inflation, unemployment- which leads to street protests and internal resentment.

SUPPORT TO OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES LIKE #Congress

is usually the most sensitive layer, used for Covert or overt funding, Logistical support to dissident leaders,Helping exiled politicians gain legitimacy, Media visibility for opposition leaders,legal assistance &diplomatic access ,Polling, strategy, messaging advice.

Who can forget the #VoteChori or #SIR2025 hype to discredit the constitutional bodies like #EC.

The USA channalises it's State Department, USAID, National Endowment for Democracy,
#NGOs,Foundations,Academic programs & intelligence channels for an alternative power center.

This is what it did in SriLanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Nepal....

CIVIL SOCIETY MOBILIZATION -PROTESTS & MOVEMENT SUPPORT also influence NGOs, activists, digital tools. It uses funding “democracy groups”,supporting student movements, Digital communication training &Tools for

bypassing censorship,Cyber-security for protest organizers,Encrypted communication support & Social-media trend amplification to make protests become sustained, coordinated, and internationally spotlighted.
Not spontaneous, but looks spontaneous.
It also targets government

servers,Leaks of embarrassing emails or documents,hacking corruption evidence,exposing offshore accounts,
disrupting state propaganda machinery &supporting dissident online platforms to create chaos and doubt about government competence.

Once a leader is weakened, global

global diplomacy shuts doors on them.
USA uses #UN resolutions,International criminal court pressure,removing G20, WTO, or regional participation, recognizing opposition leaders as “legitimate govts”, blocking high-level visits,suspensions from multilateral bodies to make the

targeted government looks isolated and vulnerable.
However, the target country’s internal weaknesses are essential for regime collapse. Unless local elites, opposition, business groups, or military are already unhappy, this cannot be hastened.
