This thread traces the money. It maps the networks (including the link between the S6 and nonprofits). It exposes the doctrine. And it explains the November 18th video by six members of Congress in a way no one else has.
You are not ready for this.
What if I told you:
Color revolutions didn’t stay overseas. The doctrine didn’t stay in Eastern Europe. The tactics didn’t stay in the Balkans.
For the first time, every single component of a color revolution exists right here, inside the U.S.
This isn’t hyperbole.
Through obtained IRS records, foundation disclosures, internal activist training documents, organizing curricula, civil resistance doctrine, key contributors, and financial filings from the exact groups, it is clear that a modern day operation is underway that is shaping the political moment we’re living through.
The pattern is unmistakable.
Most people think a color revolution means angry crowds overthrowing governments.
Every single stage has already occurred in the US.
Now, let's talk money.
The financial network behind this movement in the US makes Ukraine’s Orange Revolution look like a bake sale.
Funding can be traced from:
- Rockefeller Brothers Fund
- Windward Fund
- NEO Philanthropy
- Heising-Simons
- Annenberg
- Hewlett
- ImpactAssets
- San Francisco Foundation
- Oregon Community Foundation
All are documented. All are linked indirectly or network based to Soros funded organizations.
This funding doesn’t go directly to protests. It goes to the infrastructure that makes protests possible:
- training camps
- messaging teams
- digital shock troops
- legal escalation
- political candidates
- narrative labs
- youth recruitment
- rapid response units
This is not grassroots. It is engineered from a strategic level of planning.
Then there’s doctrine—the strategy shaping it all.
Modern activist doctrine teaches:
- how to fracture institutions
- how to delegitimize leadership
- how to win the information battlespace
- how to use moral framing to sway military and intel communities
- how to pre-condition society for disobedience
Sound familiar?
Now let’s overlay the US timeline:
2016–2020: Pre-conditioning
2020: First activation attempt
2021–2024: Institutional consolidation
2024 Election: The trigger
Late 2024–2025: Narrative hardening
Nov 18, 2025: Pillar targeting
As you can see, we’re deep inside the sequence.
Here’s why the November 18 video is so critical:
Color revolutions succeed ONLY when security services fracture.
The video wasn’t aimed at voters. It wasn’t aimed at Congress. It wasn’t even aimed at activists.
It was aimed at the troops.
Directly.
Deliberately.
Strategically.
Six veterans with intelligence and national security backgrounds told active duty servicemembers:
“You must refuse illegal orders.”
That line is doctrinal. It’s lifted straight from the psychological framing used in Serbia, Georgia, and Ukraine.
It is the precise language used to soften military loyalty before a crisis.
The Six Members of Congress who made the video weren’t chosen for their opinions.
They were chosen for their credentials. Color revolution doctrine requires credible messengers (or key communicators) to influence security forces.
Each one of these six was selected for a specific strategic reason.
Let’s break them down over the next few posts.
Sen. Mark Kelly (D–AZ) - Navy Captain. Astronaut. Public trust rating through the roof.
Why he matters:
- Represents military credibility
- Co-leads Giffords, plugged into billionaire donor networks
- Backed by VoteVets, a Soros-adjacent mega-PAC
- Perfect “patriotic moderate” face for institutional persuasion
His job in the video: Make resistance look honorable.
Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D–MI) - Former CIA analyst. Pentagon official. Deep IC connections.
Why she matters:
- Speaks the language of the intelligence community
- Alum of the Truman National Security Project (funded alongside Soros groups)
- Represents the national security establishment
Her job: Signal the intel world that “the adults” are aligned.
Rep. Jason Crow (D–CO) - Army Ranger. Served on Intelligence and Armed Services Committees.
Why he matters:
- Combat credibility
- Trusted inside Army circles
- Ties to Protect Democracy (legal warfighting wing of the movement)
- Nationally known from the impeachment era
His job: Give the message battlefield legitimacy.
Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (D–PA) Air Force veteran. Suburban moderate. Represents “the reasonable center.”
Why she matters:
- Appeals to middle America
- Backed by New Politics, a veteran candidate pipeline
- Hard to criticize without looking anti-military or anti-woman
Her job: Make the message socially acceptable to the middle class.
Rep. Chris Deluzio (D–PA) - Navy veteran. Former counsel for Protect Democracy.
Why he matters:
- He is inside the NGO machinery
- Literal bridge between Congress and the activist legal infrastructure
- Knows the strategy, the doctrine, and the playbook
His job: Integrate the messaging into the NGO/legal activation network.
Rep. Maggie Goodlander (D–NH) - Navy JAG. Constitutional lawyer. Wife of Jake Sullivan (Biden’s NSA).
Why she matters:
- Represents elite legal authority
- Married into the national security executive class
- Tied to CNAS and Democracy Alliance donors
Her job: Signal that the message is backed by America’s policy elite.
Now step back and look at the pattern:
- three veterans with battlefield credibility
- two intelligence/legal elites
- one NGO legal strategist
This is not random.
This is the exact messenger composition recommended by civil resistance doctrine to influence military compliance.
This is the clearest, most documentable color revolution environment ever recorded inside the United States.
The networks exist.
The money exists.
The doctrine matches.
The political amplifiers exist.
The messaging exists.
The pre-conditioning is complete.
And now, the pillar targeting phase exists.
So what comes next?
Here are the historically consistent scenarios:
1. Soft Coup - Quiet institutional defection 2. Street Surge - Mass mobilization after a trigger event 3. Institutional Standoff - Competing constitutional claims 4. Failed Activation - Pillars refuse to split 5. Hybrid Outcome - The most likely: pressure from all sides 6. Silent Revolution - No protests; just institutional drift
The system is fully built. The only thing missing is the spark.
Will we be ready to stop it?

PID is a reasonable certainty that what you’re looking at is a legitimate military target under the Laws of Armed Conflict (LOAC) and the Rules of Engagement (ROE).
No PID = no shot or not clear to engage. Full stop.
PID can come from:
- Visual ID (eyes/optics/UAS feed)
- Sensors (radar, IR, SIGINT)
- Intel correlation (we know Enemy Boat X should be here, now)
- Behavior (hostile act or obvious hostile intent)

If you are wondering why Candace seems to have completely lost her mind, it is because she probably has due to this lawsuit that is meticulous and devastating for her.

Qatar's Quiet Makeover: How Doha's Dollars Infiltrated Conservative Media, a thread: 🧵
I nearly spit out my coffee when I saw Tucker Carlson fawning over Qatar’s prime minister on his show earlier this year. Carlson, a previous icon of America First conservatism, suddenly praising a tiny Gulf emirate known for its ties to Hamas?
What gives?
As it turns out, if you follow the money (all hundreds of millions of it), things start making sense. Over the past five years, Qatar has poured an eye popping amount of cash into U.S. influence operations, greasing media outlets, cozying up to politicians, and subtly shifting narratives in its favor. The result? A strange new MAGA world where some conservative voices sound more pro-Doha and anti-Israel than anyone would’ve imagined a few years ago.
There have always been anti-Semites, of course. This is not a new thing. But, you have to admit, their noisiness has grown in the last five years.
And… they’ve attached a few big names to their cause.
Though, before we get started, I wanted to just give a bit about my background and some of the most fascinating training I have received and conducted. Before leaving the Army, my last job was managing an irregular warfare planning course that focused on operational to strategic level planning.
This process addresses theater level problems through a DIMEFIL framework, leveraging Operational Design and Course of Action (COA) development to establish coherent Lines of Effort that align with the phases of Unconventional Warfare (UW) as structured within the Joint Planning Process (JPP).
Throughout this process, Information Operations (IO)—encompassing the integrated employment of information related capabilities such as Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Public Affairs, Cyberspace Operations, and Civil-Military Operations—are synchronized across all phases to shape the information environment, influence target audiences, and protect friendly narratives in support of operational objectives.
Yes, that is all doctrinal.
It was by far my favorite course and job in the Army. So, just know that when I do these write ups, I do them on my own time and because I understand how the strategic and operational levels move from all of these different perspectives while most people simply do not.
How Qatar Quietly Bought Influence in America, a thread: 🧵
Qatar, a gas rich nation smaller than Connecticut, has spent billions embedding itself into American life. Not through espionage or aggression, but through cash, campuses, contracts, and influence. Here's how:
Lobbying:
Since 2017, Qatar has spent over $250M on U.S. lobbying and PR.
It hired top ex-officials, met with Congress 600+ times, and derailed legislation labeling it a terror sponsor.
