These are seven days that shatter the 'Nakba' myth
What actually happened after the 1947 UN partition vote is nothing like the story told in activist circles today.
Thread ⬇️⬇️⬇️
All week we've seen people repeat the ‘Nakba’ narrative as if Jewish militias suddenly attacked passive Arab communities and drove them out.
But the days after partition tell a story of murderous Arab violence and mobilization. And I will use mostly Arab newspapers to show it.
The morning after the UN vote, the pages of Ad-Difa and Al-Wahda were saturated with threats, anti-Jewish invective, and demands for an 'Islamic Front' to rise.
Al-Wahda’s headline: “O Arabs, the West has chosen your enemies. Will you remain stunned, or will you prepare?”
By day two Arab violence had erupted throughout the mandate. The Palestine Post reported seven Jews murdered in multiple attacks on 30 November.
Look at Ad-Difa’s own front page on the same date.
Its headline describes the murder of Jews. The article described bus ambushes around Jerusalem, attacks in Lod, Tulkarm, Haifa and Jaffa
The war had begun - and it had begun with Arab-initiated violence.
Day three. The front page of Falastin is entirely about Arab mobilisation and anti-Jewish actions. The newspaper boasted about anti-Jewish pogroms throughout the Middle East:
homes burned in Aleppo,
attacks in Baghdad and Cairo,
shootings in Jerusalem, Haifa, and Jaffa.
On the same day, the Palestine Post described Jewish calls for restraint. It also reported that Arab families were leaving mixed neighborhoods to avoid the violence their own side was generating - a detail that matters deeply for refugee debates.
Day four - Arab newspapers continue to chronicle attacks - and celebrate them. Ad-Difa’s front page led with ongoing Arab violence and noted that 49 Jews had now been killed - a cumulative total reported without any suggestion of regret.
Day five: HaTsofe reports on the start of Jewish defense as Jews were killed in 'unprovoked attacks.' The article included striking details:
Day Six: The Palestine Post reports attacks on remote Jewish settlements and notes Arab-on-Arab violence - the murder of a man who 'broke ranks' by not supporting the uprising. This coercive internal atmosphere is erased in modern ‘Nakba’ narratives.
Day seven. A call from Egyptian students for battle. They pledged - in blood - not to return 'except victorious or as martyrs.'
The seeds of the irregular armies that within weeks would invade and attack Jewish outposts. Al Wahda also boasted of attacks on innocent Jews in Aden
These seven days show the reality behind the ‘Nakba’ myth: Arab leaders chose violence from the start, and the region followed. The tragedy that came after wasn’t the result of a Jewish plan, but of a war Arab elites launched - and lost.

And here we go again.
@bbcnews has just promoted a boycott-Israel campaign.
It inflated a non-event into an article, and then misled readers by whitewashing the activists involved.
Thread ⬇️⬇️⬇️
First, BBC News chose to run a pro-BDS article.
It then cited the Scottish Palestine Solidarity Campaign without telling readers that SPSC’s leader was convicted of anti-Jewish racism just weeks ago.
This omission is inexcusable.
The article goes on to conceal the anti-Israel bias of the United Nations Human Rights Council and withholds key information about the political activism of the other NGO it relies on. Every single player involved is whitewashed.
BBC Verify got caught doing something shameless. They published the same Gaza “investigation” twice and pushed it as fresh “verification”.
My latest - BBC Verify does Groundhog day.
Thread: ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Put the two articles side by side and it’s unavoidable. Once in October 25, then again January 2026. Same authors. Same framing. Same story. This isn’t verification @bbcnews. It’s anti-Israel recycling.
It goes from simply bad to embarrassing. The opening paragraphs follow the same sequence, almost line by line. This is the BBC’s flagship “Verify” unit.
And they’re doing student activist-level journalism
If you care about antisemitism, or are in a space fighting against it, you really need to read this.

You may have seen the term "anti-Palestinian racism" (APR). If you are not paying attention, you should.
APR isn’t “anti-racism”. It’s a political weapon designed to neutralise antisemitism safeguards and bully institutions into activist ideology.
I traced its history. I found out where & why it was created, and my new report lays out exactly how it evolved.
What you need to know is this: APR relabels reality. Antisemitism protections are dropped. Zionism becomes racism. Disagree with fictional narratives? Racist!
Exclusive: A detailed investigation exposes how false claims on @Wikipedia fabricate history - then get laundered into activist and media campaigns used to smear elected officials and demand resignations

In Sept 2025, 250 U.S. legislators visited Israel. At the end of a harrowing day touring Oct 7 massacre sites, they went to Ofakim - a southern town brutally attacked by Hamas terrorists. There, they planted 50 trees - one for each state: a simple act of respect and remembrance.
U.S. legislators visited a staunch ally emerging from a difficult conflict. Within hours, activists and media outlets launched false genocide claims - and a story spread accusing them of planting trees atop a depopulated Palestinian village.
There is a sustained Islamist-driven global disinformation campaign portraying Israel as hostile to Christianity.
Before repeating it, it is worth examining what is really happening to Christian communities across the Middle East.
Thread ⬇️⬇️
Let's begin in Syria. Christians in Syria used to make up about 10% of the population - today, half have been driven out. Ancient communities devastated by war and Islamism. Syria is now run by an Islamist with a Salafi-jihadist past - who promotes nation wide sharia law.
How about Iraq? In the 1950s they forced the Jews out, now it is the Christians' turn. Once home to about 1.5 million Christians, most have gone. Church bombings, ISIS genocide, intimidation, and emigration - Islamism shattered one of the world’s oldest Christian populations.
Exclusive: A new investigation tracking stolen IDF vehicles through Gaza on October 7, alongside newly uncovered footage, reveals that al-Shifa Hospital received far more Israeli hostages than previously acknowledged.

For 2 years, global media outlets denied that al-Shifa functioned as a Hamas hub.
