The explosive 25,000-word Halderman 2018 report I recently published turns out not to be the SEALED (or WORST) one: that's a different explosive 25,000-word 2021 report whose release Judge Totenberg still refuses.

Halderman's Declaration concerning it gives a sense of it:

"...specific flaws in the [Dominion] software... critical vulnerabilities could be at least partially mitigated... However, it would likely take months for Dominion...Dominion... have yet to learn what is is my report. Georgia Secretary of State has yet to even request it..."

"Nor do these problems affect Georgia alone...16 states. Nevada... Louisiana... Alaska... parts of Arizona, California, Colorado, and Michigan... Illinois, Kansas, Ohio, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Washington... concealing these problems... hurts voters."

In 2018 Professor Halderman kicked things off in a federal court (Georgia) with an explosive 25k-word (sealed) affidavit. In sum: "the machines are shite".

Judge Totenberg still refuses to unseal it.

So I am unsealing it myself. National Security etc.
